We fly in to McGregor and Aurora Aviation frequently and I have to say that this is a great airport. The folks provide great service and are extremely friendly. They are working to improve their facilities and the airport in general and it is nice to see the small GA airports surviving and thriving. If you go, and are in turbine equipment - buy fuel and give them feedback. We are hoping for a mobile GPU sometime soon.

I fly in here because my mother in law lives across the street! People are really friendly, as you would expect in Texas. During some storms they even put my plane in one of the big hangars. Great facilities! It was even nice hanging out over there when I needed to get a little alone time from the mom in law. Highly recommend.
