Stopped here for 3 days. Very nice facility, with competent and friendly line staff and CSRs. Airplane staged and serviced on time for departure. I particularly liked it that the CSR carefully went over the bill line by line on departure to ensure everything was correct (which it was).

Hawthorne KPWK is the best FBO that I fly to. They are professional, courteous and friendly. The facility fee was waived with a fuel purchase and they gave me an AOPA fuel discount. My plane was well cared overnight and pulled up out front before my designated departure time. DA40.

Top notch group of folks! Always asking if you need anything and to be sure to let us know.. CAA well worth some extra benefits. Much better than the Snakes at PWK and ORD.. . Thank you Hawthorne!

This is our second time to visit KPWK and Hawthorne. We had such great service the first time, it was an easy choice to use them again, and they did not disappoint. We through this trip together at the last minute, and the staff at Hawthorne came through outstandingly, getting us a car set up for us over the Labor Day weekend. I called in the morning departing from Dallas, and they had the car (despite being a holiday weekend) for us when we got there. I will certainly use them again when I'm in Chicago.
