I stopped overnight during a ferry of a 170 from Maine to Texas. Line crew was there waiting both in the evening when I got there and in the morning. They preheated the airplane at no extra cost and really hustled to get me out on time. Called and got me a room in my price ranged and overall made the process seamless. The fuel can be found cheaper, but they did not charge me any of the "fees" commonly associated with larger airports and were a pleasure to deal with. Excellent job.

Decided to stop in at KPWM for a fuel stop, we called a few mins out and asked NE Air to stand by with a fuel truck for a quick turn. As requested they were all waiting outside for us ready to get us on our way. We were in and out, not to mention a stop at customs in under 20 mins! Awesome guys! Thanks so much!

Really took good care of us. We were there for 2.5 days. They had our rental there for us and returned it for us when we left. This is a busy place in the summer, but they made us feel special.

Very good experience at Northeast Air, customer service was great, prompt line service. Kristin Cianelli was in charge of everything the day that I flew there, and she did a great job. Keep doing it in the right way, thanks.

Flew in for a daylong visit to Portland. We had fast and great service on the ramp and in the terminal. Staff was great. The line staff also was quick to help on departure. A taxi was called for our ride downtown, about 10-15 minutes away depending on traffic. The airport is GA friendly - no problems getting in or out. Ramp fee $15 for a single engine, waived with 15 gal fuel purchase.

Flew in today in our Cirrus. Line guy was quick to help park us and offered to carry bags for us. Several days before my wife had called and spoken with Heather to arrange a rental car and get some assistance with hotel reservations. We were very happy with her help on phone and she was even more helpful today in person. She was working alone and had us and one other pilot in person needing assistance as well as many phone calls. Even though one of the callers must have been very unreasonable Heather still kept calm and continued to perform in a very professional way. Hats off to a great person going above and beyond!

Visited PWM June 26/27 - seeing friends on Peaks Island. Ground crew was very helpful. April Hart in the office was helpful with directions / taxi, etc. They took great care of our Mooney, getting it tied down overnight. Very helpful and service oriented all around. Definitely a great stop. Thanks!

Great FBO. I was copilot in a C182 to a friend flying clients into PWM. A lineman marshalled us into the ramp and immediately offered to put in extra chocks due to the windy day. Inside, we were treated great and offered a crew car to drive our passengers to their home. The facility was very clean and well maintained. When we returned, the plane was fueled and set to go with chocks ready to be pulled. As soon as we started the engine, a lineman was waiting to help us get going. He patiently stood by while we did some last minute checks.

Flew in for dinner last weekend. They had a crew car available, and even let it stay out past the 2 hour limit. Came back to the airport and got a great tour of the facilities from the line guys. Make sure to take a picture with the bear statue in the lobby. Will definitely be back soon.

Dropped in for lunch and shopping at Freeport on a Sunday. Very positive experience. Ramp personal were professional and friendly, inside staff was same. We were only there for a couple of hours, and Northeast didn't charge for landing or parking (DA40). They even let us use a crew car. I will visit again.

Northeast Air did a great job taking care of us over the Memorial Day weekend. All the staff was helpful and friendly. Reasonable prices. We had transponder trouble and requested assistance from their avionics partner. They spliced two wires back together and didn't charge us anything for their time! Great job folks.

We used Northeast yesterday for an Angel Flight pick up. NE gave us great service and they were kind enough to forward my messages to our passengers. Nice folks and great service, looking forward to returning later in the month during our vacation.

Had a great experience at Northeast, first picking up a passenger on a quickturn, they gave her the royal treatment and got us in and out with no hassle or fees. Returned later that night and greeted with friendly line crew, extremely attentive to what’s going on and overnight fee very reasonable. Great experience at a small "Big" airport!
