Stopped a couple days 6/27 and 7/5/13 for a local visit on a trip to MI, both going East and West. Ditto on my comment last August. I wonder why RZN, about 60 miles West of RCX can sell 100LL Avgas at a much less cost than here?? How about providing a set of tiedown ropes in the terminal for transient pilots?? I will pay the cost if that is an issue.

Re: Tiedowns. There are great anchor points, but no tie down lines are provided. I carry two sets and provided one set to a Mooney Pilot from AL. When he departed, he left the tie down lines in the terminal for me to pick up later. I suggest at least one set of tie down lines be available in the terminal building for use on transient airplanes which are remaining on the ramp for a day or two.

Landed 7/5/12. As previously posted, excellent facility available 24 hours, cool respite from the hot outside. Good fuel price as advertised. Receipt printer worked. For Bonanza pilots, Dick Pedersen, in a silver quonset building on the North end, is a Bonanza EXPERT. I had a problem with my fuel tank cap, Dick had the parts needed and assisted in the fix.

What you would expect, quiet, clean, cheap fuel stop

Fueled our airplane morning of Oct 14, 2012. Fueling went OK but the printer was out of ink. Great clean facilities, which provide everything, needed. Fuel price was as advertised on AirNav.Com
