I flew to RDD to go backpacking in the Trinities and see the eclipse. On arrival, Sam bent over backwards to make sure we were taken care of. Before departure I found a bolt in my Tiger's wheel pant was missing. Dave (the owner) spent a good bit of time after hours hunting up a bolt that would work from his vast collection of helicopter parts. Then he apologetically asked for $4 for the bolt, but not a peep about his time. What a great attitude from the top down in this small company, even to a pilot who flies aircraft with wings that stay put.

Stopped in on 01/15/12 in our Citation and were marshaled in, fueled quickly, and ready to depart in <15 min! Friendly, efficient service, and cheap fuel. Short taxi off the runway and plenty of maneuvering room as well. Looking forward to future stops here.

Stopped in for fuel and lunch. Ken was very friendly and gave me a ride to the terminal restaurant, and picked me up again. The fuel was a dollar cheaper than at the jet center. I will definitely be back! Thanks, Ken!

Initially based with the other guys, but switched upon landing when they wouldn't marshal me in or help with parking. Shasta Air always had someone available to help - whether it be parking, fueling, reservations, etc. First Class service all the way. Plane was fueled as ordered each time, on time (and they even clean the windows!). If I have to be in Redding, this will be my FBO of choice.

Stopped for fuel in June 2011, and was very impressed. Reasonably priced fuel, nice comfortable FBO with very friendly staff. Will stop there again when I fly up and down the West Coast.

I tried Air Shasta for the first time and didn't know what to expect as I have always associated them with helicopters. I taxied up in my MU2 turbo prop and was greeted by two linemen and a red carpet. They promptly fueled my aircraft. Everyone is very pleasant and courteous. The FBO is not large but has all the required amenities and nice restrooms. After getting to my home base I realized I had left my phone in the rental car, they tracked it down and had it overnighted FedEx within 30 min. All and all a good experience. I'll be back...

Self-service fuel price was as advertised. Staff was friendly and met me at the FBO door with an iced bottle of water. Suggested the Chinese restaurant on the field, Peter Chu's Skyroom. All employees asked if there was anything they could do for me. Great experience.

I stopped at Air Shasta, and received great service from everyone there. On departure, the battery didn't show a charge so returned and got prompt help from their mechanic. I will stop there again.
