Stopped in on 18-Dec-2011. We arrived early after canceling a stop in KSMF and the line was ready and waiting. They quickly fueled the aircraft and gave a great suggestion for a quick bite to eat. Departed without delay afterwards. Butler has a nice operation with friendly, helpful staff.

Headed to Eugene for a week but decided to stop at KRDM to avoid getting trapped in the Willamette Valley. Glad we did. Weather was bad in Eugene on our departure and freezing level was too low for us to get out. We had already arranged a rental car and hotel, but Katie was ready to help us with everything. Thank you! We'll make this our regular stop in future.

Stopped for an overnight. Katie found me the last rent-a-car in town...And at a reasonable price, too. Mike seemed to be everywhere helping out. Great smiles from everyone.

Stopped in yesterday on the way back to CA. Very friendly staff. Happy to find a courtesy car available free of charge and reasonable fuel prices for full-serve. Free Wi-Fi also available! I'll stop there again next time in the area.

Arrived in a C-172 for a four-day stay over Christmas. Was immediately greeted by a friendly ramp agent who towed and tied down our plane even though I didn't request fuel. When I returned four days later, my plane was covered with a thick layer of ice. Eddie, the same agent who had greeted me previously, worked quickly to put my plane in a heated hangar (for a reasonable $50) in order to melt the ice. We were underway in less than an hour! I will certainly be back.

We flew into Redmond and Butler Aviation on the way up from Palo Alto to Spokane over the Summer in a Turbo Mooney. We had a good experience then and I should mention a very reasonable fee for oxygen. The poor line fellow had a really difficult time getting the fittings to undo. He probably spent 20 minutes with his body half way into the back of the aircraft, but was eventually successful. We came back there on Sunday after Sunriver before heading back to Palo Alto. The first thing that the line guy said was "Hey, didn't I give you oxygen this Summer?” Good memory. I guess he was dreading having to do it again. Anyway, we gassed up and taxied out to runway 10. Just prior to takeoff, the tower called us up and told us that Butler said we had left a stainless steel water bottle in their office. It would cost more to taxi back, shut down then come back out again so we left it with them. But we appreciated them calling up the tower to let us know. Friendly people. We'll be back.

Friendly service and inexpensive inbuilt O2 fill up for my Mooney ($25).
