As a recently certified private pilot, I choose KRIC to get some exposure to busier airspace and airports. Million Air made it a very pleasant experience; they lent me a crew car for getting lunch (El Nopal, fine Mexican food!). No fees with a small fuel uplift to my rental C-172. Thank you.

Discovered to my surprise that Million Air was the low bidder to do the biennial transponder and altimeter/static certifications on my Cherokee. Always thought of this place as catering to the jet set. Must be the name.... In any event, they gave me a flat fee on the certifications, and I had them do an oil change while they were at it. They were very professional and did the work on time and on budget, which counts for quite a lot in my world of general aviation. Also, their A&P called my attention to the telltale signs of an exhaust problem. The problem actually had already been fixed (though not cleaned up very well!), but in any event I want curious mechanics checking out my airplane and asking those kinds of questions. Very satisfied with these guys.

Recently flew into MillionAir Richmond on Sunday May 18th. Planned on staying for a couple hours, enroute to Asheville, but thunderstorms forced us to leave earlier. After fueling, we ran down our battery trying to get a departure clearance. Staff at MillionAir went above and beyond the call of duty to help us out with an external start. They even called on a competitor to borrow an adapter plug for our PA-32R. Very professional FBO. We even got the brand new BMW courtesy car for a couple of hours on the return trip. Would definitely come here again.

We have used this facility for the past three years when we go to the NASCAR race in Richmond. Have always found these folks very hospitable and accommodating. The fuel is a bit more expensive and not the price that was advertised on AirNav but their service makes it worthwhile.

Very nice FBO. We had to divert due to WX at our destination. People were very nice and did not pressure us, as we were not a big jet to leave or not use facilities. Checked WX, watched TV and hung out in the kitchen. We only bought 10 gal of fuel but were treated like kings.
