We stayed at the Inn for 3 nights in mid-September, 2012. Our room was large, well appointed and very comfortable. Pam, the manager, made every effort to make our stay a pleasure. The Inn is convenient to Rockland with its interesting restaurants and cultural attractions. And, of course, there was the hot tub at the end of a long day of touring. Highly recommended.

We stayed at the Ash Point Inn on Sept 18, 19 & 20, 2011. What a rare find it was! It's about a minute from the airport... You could actually tie down your plane and walk there. We didn't walk because the Inn gave us a complimentary crew car to use during our stay! Ash Point has all the charm you'd expect of a New England B&B. It's warm, welcoming and impeccably clean. Pam, the manager, could not have been nicer or more accommodating. She even made "breakfast to order" in addition to the never ending goodies she replenished in the large, homey kitchen all morning. She also surprised us with cheese and crackers at cocktail time. And, for us, the "icing on the Inn's cake" was the indoor hot tub! We put The Ash Point Inn on the top of our list of favorite Bed & Breakfasts!

This is our first flight to Rockland and had no idea where to stay. The airport FBO suggested the Ash Point Inn and said that it was a pilot friendly B&B. The owner is a pilot himself and knows what we prefer in a hotel. I am glad we stayed here. The place looks new and reasonably priced considering they offered us a complementary crew car. It is easy to make yourself at home here. The made to order breakfast was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone spending time around Rockland, Maine.
