Another easy re-fuel and fresh cup of coffee! These folks make you feel like you are flying a Jet even though it's really a Maule!

The worst customer service experience ever I had. Stopped by Pro-Flight to enquire about flight lessons I picked out a brochure sat down in their lobby and began to read there brochure and the lady sitting behind the desk came up to and told me I needed to leave that they don't just allow people to hangout in there lobby I went next door and had a very good experience and will be receiving flight lessons through them I will never return to Pro-Flight.Response from Bernie Paholke, Pro-Flight Aviation TSA regulations require that we report any suspicious activity. Customers rely on us to insure that the aircraft and equipment are safe. The young lady came into our office and we repeatedly offered to help her. She refused. After 10 minutes, I left our lobby. 15 minutes later, another employee told me that her behavior was suspicious. I again asked if we could help her. She refused, then grabbed an airport info form, and sat down. After more time, the lady would not tell us why she was in our lobby, or what she needed. She then became hostile, in which I asked her to leave. After she left, I immediately reported the suspicious activity to the airport manager. Having been in this industry for over 20 years, no one has acted like this. Do I wish she had a better aviation experience? Of course!! Would I do anything differently? Probably not. I am surprised that someone who had no aviation experience knows about AirNav, and how to file on it. I find this suspicious, perhaps even coached.

Flew in late Friday afternoon for fuel. Excellent service as always... Smiling face from Dianne. Kind of glad my airport doesn't have fuel. Good chance to talk with the EXCELLENT tower control folks and have some fresh coffee!

This airport is very crowded & unfriendly to transient aircraft. Transient parking is quite limited and fills up quickly. On busy weekends, make a reservation at Pro-Flight or you'll be denied permission to park on their ramp. Altogether, BFI is probably a better choice for visitors despite their higher prices...

We spent the weekend of 8/3 -- 8/5/12 at ProFlight's new location at Renton. Despite it being SeaFair week, and despite the fact that I waited till the last minute to call them, they still got us a rental car with very short notice at a good price. The car was waiting when we landed. The facility is clean and modern and welcoming, and although it was jammed with customers, the ProFlight staff still handled everything with a smile. My only criticism is their fuel prices ($6.57/gallon) -- that's worse than my home base of Oakland International airport. But I suppose fuel prices in the Seattle area tend to be high. Still, Renton is a convenient GA airport and ProFlight is certainly a very capable FBO. We'll be back.

Always a pleasure! Great new facilities...Always make room for even us "little guys" with small airplanes! You can count on them to go the extra mile with service!

This place was just terrific. I was in for two nights and anything I needed was taken care of at a reasonable price and with a smile and "can do" attitude. I won't hesitate to use Pro-Flight again.

Beautiful, brand-new facility and friendly, competent service. Fuel prices aren't cheap, but this is a major metropolitan area, when is fuel ever cheap in such places? I was pleased with the friendly service and would not hesitate to use them again. Overnight parking: $15 per night. No ramp fee.

It's been a while since we stopped by Pro-Flight, but I recall that they gave us friendly service, that the rental car thru Hertz was ready and waiting, and that the fuel prices were high. Then again, the fuel prices were lower than the other (extortionate) option on the field. Judging by today's prices that seems to still be true.
