JetA with prist, price was $6.31 out the door. Price posted in Lobby said $6.00 AirNav said $6.15. Other than that good place to stop very accommodating.

Had to drop into RNT due to weather up north. Michael and Brad were very accommodating with tie down and facilities. Great service, nice facility with convenient street access. Thanks!

Price of rental car was reasonable and the local directions/information from Diane were excellent. The line service fueled my airplane ... But left a couple of big scratches on my wheel pants due to careless use of the refueling ladder. I should know better than to let anyone refuel a vintage taildragger, but I was being a bit lazy I guess. Lesson learned. Other than that, I would recommend Pro-Flight to anyone landing in the Seattle area. The bathrooms, flight planning and lounge area are good and the folks are quite helpful. Thanks Diane : )

Switched my Seattle transient FBO from Galvin @ BFI to Pro-Flight @ RNT and was quite impressed with level of service provided by Diane Paholke (President of Pro-Flight) and her staff - she obviously runs a tight ship. RNT offers a good instrument approach, excellent airport, nice FBO, Hertz Rental Cars, all other necessary services, combined with great access to the greater Seattle area. Galvin is still excellent but BFI is just getting too busy these days and delays are becoming routine. On my frequent visits to Seattle I'm making RNT and Pro-Flight my routine stop from now on.

I had a very good experience with Pro-Flight. Even though they were very busy due to the closure of the main runway at nearby Boeing Field, they hustled around and made sure that I got the services I needed. Everyone was very courteous and professional.

Pro-flight prides themselves on fast turn-around from the time you land to the time you leave the airport. I called a day ahead and they drove the rental car out to the plane when I landed. They had my plane fueled before I had finished loading the car. Nice folks too.

Very pleased with Pro-Flight on my first visit to Renton. The welcome wagon led us to a tie-down and helped with the unloading. Fuel prices were reasonable, and we were not charged any fees for a Fri-Sun stay and a measly 15 gallon fuel purchase. All staff members were friendly and pleasant. This is a good alternative to the more congested and expensive Seattle airports.

I've read all of the positive feedback about Pro-Flight and I can only assume they are all true, as long as there are no problems. I contacted Pro-Flight to get some help with my aircraft, as I was having an engine emergency and was getting ready for a 5 hour trip. Their statement to me: "Can't you find somewhere else to go"? They wouldn't even give me a recommendation on who could help out with my engine problems. If everything is OK, I guess Pro-Flight will help, if not, you can't count on them.

OK, I should have called on 122.85 but after I parked by their sign coming off RW35 I was asked to move the aircraft down to the south side of the airport. Rental car arrived quickly but they don't have an intercom at the gate and it is a wave to get clicked through kind of thing. You have to go in and get somebody to click you back in. We stayed Friday to Monday and although I bought 50 gal LL they charged me one night tie-down. No offer for the AOPA discount and I did forget to ask. My fault. I asked the fuel truck driver to help me check the air in my tires and he did not have a gauge or seem to know how to operate the compressor on the truck but did offer to call the maintenance guys to come over. Everyone was friendly.

Diane, the owner, is very friendly and efficient, and provided superb service. Rental car was at the 'plane, fueling was correct, Jet-A a good price and they even have wireless Internet access. Friendlier and cheaper than the big brands, with all the amenities.
