I visited Landmark in my P210 from June 27-30, 2008. I had read all the comments and admit I was a bit concerned, but it seemed the logical choice for my needs. I was very happily surprised at the high level of customer service I received, in making advanced arrangements for being able to park near the lobby to accommodate an elderly passenger, to rental car being brought to the plane and refueling which was performed and ready when I wanted it. I found the staff (Todd on the line) and the front desk staff very accommodating, contrary to the preceding posts I read. Perhaps people respond in the way they are treated by us as customers. I would definitely visit again.

I came through briefly for business and the counter staff could be no more less helpful or even friendly. The customer service rep at the counter was very rude and line staff openly were cussing and talking to each other inside of the lobby way beyond business etiquette standards. I would never bring rev customers through their facility. They need lots of improvement.

There are two FBO's at KROC and I have been to both. I can tell you that Landmark was MUCH BETTER under its former ownerships and I would not go back there again. Prices are basically the same at either FBO +/- a few cents here or there, but the service and support services are much better at other FBO's. Would not suggest going here.
