Wonderful airport! I flew here on my first solo cross-country. I just loved that long, smooth, pretty runway! Great service, and really nice people. Very nice terminal as well. I would recommend a stop here for anyone.

Just when you think customer service is a thing of the past, you divert to Rocky Mount and discover the complete opposite! Instead of holding for thirty hours to land in Raleigh, we diverted to Rocky Mount for some fuel before carrying on to Atlanta. The service here was out of this world! They took care of our fuel very quickly (twice...When boss changed his mind of where to go). The prices were great, and the people really made the stop perfect. This is a great, fast place to grab fuel on your way to the next place. We fly a Part 91 Beechjet and have rarely had such great service. Thank you!

I had called at 8:15 am to say I would be 15 minutes late for my 10:00 am avionics appointment. I arrived at a little after 10:00 am. Don, who was scheduled to repair my aircraft's autopilot, had forgotten his appointment with me. His secretary called him and Don told her he would arrive in an hour. Two hours later he still had not shown up. His boss didn't care at all. Stay away from these people.

Response from Steve Moore, Air Care
Mr. Berk I invite you to come back for a visit, we are under new management!

I arrived just before 5 PM on a Friday night, and we realized that my nose strut was flat. Brian (the base guy parking me) said that if a mechanic was still there that they could pump it up for me. Luckily for me, TJ (the mechanic) hadn't left yet. He did his thing and put nitrogen in the nose strut. They both went above the call of duty, but it certainly took away any stress about my departure and landing later that night. Good job to them, and I appreciated it.
