Practically a dream come true. Great prices and great service. Crew car was available and in good shape. After completing our business we took advantage of the free dinner and were highly impressed with the fantastic steak, properly cooked with delicious salads, sides and calamari. The "liquid nitrogen" drinks were truly unique including a virgin one that was safe for me. Make the trip to Atlanta Jet Center even if only for the food!

We fly in here in a 414 regularly. Never had a bad experience. Lynette and the staff are always polite and helpful. No ramp fees and very competitive fuel prices have us coming back. Great place!

From the first phone call, to the walk out the door on departure, there isn't a friendlier, more helpful FBO around. Jennifer & Mica arranged for local hotel accommodations, shuttle service, and use of their conference room for 3 hours. What superb, first class treatment for a guy that flies a Turbo Skylane. Recommend highly.

We were there recently on a charter trip and spent most of the day hanging out at the FBO. Not only was the fuel price a great deal, but the facility and the service was excellent. Jennifer, the customer service manager, was very helpful in assisting us with fueling, a crew car, and free lunch at Elevation Chophouse. I highly recommend Atlanta Executive Jet Center for visits to KRYY!

My family and I went to the Atlanta area for family business and decided to go into KRYY and use Atlanta Executive Jet Center. We were all very impressed by how all of the staff was so helpful. Their facilities are very nice and recently remodeled. They are putting the finishing touches on their front entrance and it looks great. They have a great restaurant attached to the FBO with great food. The Jet A fuel price was just $3.85 per gallon with my AirBoss discount!! We had a Hertz rental car waiting for us when we arrived. The front desk personnel called me the day prior to our arrival to reconfirm all of our needs. You would be foolish to go anywhere else in the Atlanta area. We almost went to Dekalb-Peachtree----I'm glad we did not! We will be back. The manager at my home base FBO at KDBQ needs to take a lesson on what service really is, he needs to go to Atlanta Executive Jet Center.

We flew in to RYY Friday night shortly after dark and were met my Daniel who was absolutely the model of customer service. He helped with everything from the time the door went down through putting us in the hanger. We stayed 2 nights and were assured our Cheyenne was looked after in the same fashion as in our own hanger. Jennifer Butler, the Customer Service Manager, is ever diligent to ensure you receive superlative service and she excels. Fuel prices are the best in the area, too. Do not hesitate to give them a try. They are doing a bit of remodeling and I expect the makeover to add more luxury to the experience.

Superb service and prices, easy access. Car reservation confirmed ahead of time, waiting nearby when I opened the door. Line staff wonderful--cleaned portion of plane when I hit a bird on the way in. I've been flying a long time and this is the way it should be done--they know what it's all about.

My friend had an early start and I wanted to make his day by having his favorite coffee waiting for him at his next stop at the ATL Jet Center. I spoke to Jennifer and -without hesitation- she jumped on making it happen. With the help of the Director of Marketing (who by the way went to two different Starbucks looking for his specific Sumatra blend) they made it happen! Their selfless act made his morning, and he was completely surprised. Thank you both so much - I owe you big time! ;)

My wife and I flew in to RYY Friday evening for Labor Day weekend and Departed Sunday morning. All of the personnel were very nice. They helped getting the plane tied down and they had the plane topped off with fuel before we left. Overnight tiedown fees for 3 days were waived with a purchase of fuel. This is a fair deal especially for a Cessna 150.

Stopped in on corporate trip today for first time instead of PDK or FTY due to low fuel prices...Huge pluses were excellent customer service (Thxs Jennifer), lowest fuel prices I have seen on east coast this year 3.99$ jet and a few unexpected things were the ease of arrival and departure into Atlanta airspace AND free crew meal at excellent restaurant attached to FBO... In for the second time yesterday simply to buy Jet-A and head home. Very friendly, efficient, and nice FBO. Cannot beat the fuel price ANYWHERE!!! This shows me these guys want to make a name for themselves and it’s working. Frequent travel between BHM-AVL-ECP put it in the ideal place for a fuel stop. Wish the folks at home would have better prices on fuel.

We had a pop up trip late last night for an early arrival, and with almost no notice, they were ready for our arrival and made the rental car happen immediately as we landed. Absolutely superb service and effort to help us out of a fix. We just stopped for fuel but were unable to leave due to starter problems. Johnnie Jenkins in the maintenance shop was quick with troubleshooting and went the extra mile to disassemble, clean and reinstall the starter. It is now back working at 100%. He could have just as easily said a new starter was required but he definitely went above and beyond to get us back on our way and saved us several hundred dollars in the process. Big thanks.

Had lunch at the Chop House restaurant next door, which was another great experience with friendly service, fair, priced, excellent food. Crew car was delivered to the plane with a big smile. Executive Jet Center defines Southern hospitality and will be our FBO of choice at KRYY.

1/2/2011. Emailed FBO one day prior to arrival. We're in a Mooney and needed a crew car for a couple of hours. Despite the fact we arrived two hours later than planned, the entire FBO staff knew about us, and even had the crew car still waiting on the ramp for us! There was a nominal hourly fee for the car that was waived if we purchased fuel. I'm headed back tomorrow and look forward to dealing with this top notch FBO again. Jennifer and crew took very good care of us.

Visited last week in a BE200, staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Facilities are brand new and very high class. There were no landing fees or facility fees. Gas is very inexpensive compared to KPDK or KATL. We purchased some fuel and we received a complementary lunch at the Elevation Chophouse (the airport restaurant). Food was excellent and so was the service. Pilot lounge had just been built... It was by far the nicest PL that I had ever been in. It was a Penthouse pilot's lounge (literally). I will definitely be bringing my passengers to this airport and this FBO every chance I get.

The car was on the ramp; the dinner was on the stove (dinner vouchers at the Steak House next door), and the directions to our hotel were handed to us. The fuel price shouted, "We want you back". I flew in for the NBAA Conf. On Oct. 17th arriving late and after hours Corey was there with my rental car and great service. He helped me with my aircraft and bags and gave me great directions to my hotel. On the 21st on departing the ramp was full of aircraft and very busy! I have never experienced such a well organized FBO during NBAA (or other aviation show) before! Instead of the usual price gouge for a show Atlanta Executive Jet did just the opposite. Highly discounted Jet-A, no ramp, facility or parking fees. Wow! They marshaled us directly to the front of the FBO, had our driver/car at the plane before the door was open, had prepared a packet of personalized information waiting for us and treated us to lunch! Fresh drinks and snacks were in the FBO as well as extremely nice, efficient and organized desk personnel. Even the departure experience was tops. Plane ramped, fueled, GPU connected, and paperwork in order. ALL FBO's need to take a lesson from Atlantic Executive Jet. Won't look in any other direction upon return to the Atlanta area. Need I even say I highly recommend this FBO?

Flew in for NBAA with the C-414A. Pre-planned arrival using e-mail resulted in a full document package specific to our aircraft and agenda upon arrival. Busy time with all the NBAA traffic, but every one of the staff was friendly and quickly responsive to our specific requirements. Nice FBO facility with good fuel prices and more than expected amenities for NBAA participants. Highly recommend the facility for anyone needing access to the north side of Atlanta.

They shuttled us to the convention center after wonderful muffin and coffee. Then sent the shuttle back to pick us up that afternoon also for stopping there at Executive Jet Center they gave us a coupon for two free meals at the Chophouse restaurant next door, Wow this FBO has set the bar so high I don't think any other FBO can match. I flew into RYY to possibly meet up with some friend’s and/ or just experience ATL. I was pleasantly - with my experience at Atlanta Exec Jet Center. Not only was I not charged an overnight fee (not even required to buy fuel!) but Jennifer at the front desk was very proactive at getting me a great deal on a hotel and a Hertz car. The flight crew was very responsive, the facilities are well kept and I hear they are going to have a stellar pilot's lounge shortly. I would also like to point out that right next door is a very nice steak restaurant designed around providing a great view of the runway. I will definitely return to this airport and highly recommend it to fellow airmen. Additional positive attributes: proximity to many restaurants/ hotels/ I-75, 25min from DT ATL and Jennifer just rocks! (She rides street too, how cool is that!). Lastly I would like to say thanks for no one making fun of my "pink-ish" Mooney lol (well at least not in front of me :-)..

We puttered in with our ratty, old Cessna 140 and they were right there helping my wife around, hangaring my plane, etc. I had previously flown more expensive equipment in while working and received the same excellent treatment. Aug 25, 2010 after a long flight from CO via St Louis to Cobb County Airport. After 2 days I called at 09:00 for a 10:00 departure. When I arrived at the airport, my airplane was on the ramp, fueled, windshield clean and ready to go. They had all the paper work ready for my signature. Drove on the ramp to the airplane to load up our baggage. After loading the baggage, the car would not start. The battery cable end had broken I had no tools. I flagged down a man in a golf cart and asked for assistance. He (Johnny) took one look, left and came right back with a jump battery and a pair of vice grip pliers. He snapped the battery cable to the battery, jumped for the start and walla it worked. I told him that I would buy the pliers and he said just keep them. The caliber of these people, line men, office staff, Johnny (Head mech) I found out later, is by far above the norm. I will recommend and use this FBO anytime I am in the area.

Johnny Jenkins was kind enough to come to the airport for three hours on a warm Sunday to troubleshoot and, subsequently, fix the problem. Been flying for 15 yrs, and this was a great, friendly, helpful, clean, place I have been to. Discounted price on Jet-A when I mentioned I had been to AirNav to learn of the FBO. And with a top off got complimentary dinner for my self, and passenger! No low budget greasy food. Great food. Jen at the front desk was very helpful. Also another lady was very helpful in giving directions to our passenger that had taken a wrong turn. Hands down best place I have flown into. Nice to see and experience! Great Job!

Dropped in for a quick gas and go (about 10, 000 lbs Jet A), and Jennifer at the front desk went above and beyond the typical FBO service. She handled all arrangements on the phone prior to my arrival with professionalism. When I contacted her 15 minutes from landing, she had the ground crew waiting for me and familiar with my aircraft's unique requirements. Upon entering the FBO, the staff met me with a smile and demonstrated all of the pleasant qualities that I had attributed to southern hospitality. Jennifer truly ran a punctual, detail oriented, and courteous operation. A must for the face of any FBO. Thanks for the help – a highly recommended stop.

Wow, great FBO. We arrive late, and Cory the lineman assisted us with the luggage and rushed to get our rental car. We couldn't resist the smells from the restaurant on site and had to stay for dinner. On return the plane was ready and fueled and we drove right up. We will pick this FBO every time.

On a recent trip to Atlanta we had the pleasure of utilizing services from Atlanta Executive Jet Center. The staff was extremely courteous; they had a car waiting for us on the edge of the ramp, which they quickly brought up next to our airplane where they quickly loaded all of our baggage. The new facility looks great and is very relaxing. Keep up the good work.

We have been to many FBOs around the country, from large to small airports and we always look forward to coming into RYY because the staff at Atlanta Exec Jet Center always takes care of us and makes us feel at home. The line guys have the car pulled up and are there to help out with baggage (even in the rain). The ladies at the desk are helpful and will arrange anything that you can think of from hotels to rental cars and beyond. The inside of the FBO is nicely appointed too. They have several comfortable couches, flat screen TV’s, and computers to check email or file a flight plan. There is no better FBO in the region!

A #1!! Thank you Jennifer (car rental), Julie (dinner suggestion, yum) and Anita for the superior care while Mrs. Stuart and I were vacationing in Atlanta. Great FBO, superior folks, and great line service too boot! Neat, clean, modern and spotless bathrooms.

We came to this FBO because they had the best Jet A price. Once we got here, the ladies at the front desk advised us that since we bought some fuel, they wanted to treat us to dinner in their restaurant. (Not typical greasy airport food).. It was a nice upscale restaurant with great service and great food. They are going to continue comping meals for crews/pilots. The FBO is beautiful and the crew here is fantastic. We will now use Atlanta Exec. Jet Center as our preferred Atlanta area FBO -

Beautiful FBO with very nice facilities and great price on 100LL for the Atlanta area. No ramp/handling/parking/landing fees even though I was just picking up a passenger. Very nice touch to see this even at a busy airport. Thanks for the great service!
