We were recently overnight with Preferred while working on a holiday weekend in our 206. When we arrived the line guys were occupied elsewhere on the field with a disabled aircraft, but had the foresight and consideration to ask the tower to let us know that they would be a few minutes late meeting us. Stephanie cheerfully arranged our hotel and provided a printed summary of our reservation, along with suggested restaurants and directions. Since we arrived late and were departing early, we were offered the crew car. Every person we interacted with on arrival and departure was cheerful and checked with us repeatedly to ask if we needed anything. The facility itself is first rate. Preferred is now on my short list of the best of the best, those select FBO's that just get it.

I flew in to have dinner at the Elevation Chophouse (an excellent experience) and had a flat tire on my DA40. 8pm on Friday night of the Thanksgiving holiday, I was expecting to have to rent a car to drive home. Instead Johnny Jenkins showed up, replaced the tire and we were on our way in less than 2 hours. Many, many thanks for your can-do attitude and expert service. Thanks, too, to Sophia at the customer service desk for coordinating it all.

Flew in for a 3-day stay on 24 October 2012. First trip into RYY. Great ground crew and staff. Warm friendly reception. Brought the rental car to the plane and took care of the return of it. Fuel prices good as well. Treated this ol' Seneca driver like a Big Iron pilot. Will definitely fly in here again on my next trip to the Atlanta area. A wonderful FBO!! Thanks!

I just came here for my second visit last week. This is by far the FBO with the nicest people and facilities. PJC definitely goes the extra mile for customer service. One of the gas caps wouldn't come off, and they called my cell phone to let me know, and ask me what I wanted to do- you don't get that service most places. They even had the red carpet rolled out on our Cessna 172 when we came back. Whether you’re a Cessna 172, like us, or a Jet, the linemen are waiting to direct you in and greet you. My CFI that usually goes to the north ramp was impressed. This is by far my favorite FBO. Always look forward to the people at PJC!

Preferred Jet Center was very customer service oriented during my recent Cirrus recurrent training program in the area. Andrew who is the general manager and Shanna who is their customer service representative and the linemen all went out of their way to be helpful and accommodating. Kudos to the whole team!

Amber you deserve a huge pat on the back from me and from your employer. I have always appreciated the service at Preferred Jet and you are a big part of that excellent service. Whether a pilot is at the FBO or on the other end of the phone hundreds of miles away you make them feel like they are family. When I arrived today the line crew carried on the tradition. They rolled out the red carpet and had the rental car waiting by the time I shut down the engine. Preferred Jet is much more then just the best tiedown rate at RYY, it is a class of service to which I will continue to come home each time I visit my children and grandchildren in Atlanta. Thank you!

I am a frequent visitor to Preferred Jet. They treat my guests, my airplane and me consistently better than any other FBO I've ever encountered. Everyone goes out of their way to assure every interaction with them is a positive one. A visit to the ATL area should include a visit to Preferred Jet; their combined excellent customer service, friendliness, top-shape facilities coupled with the airport's relative convenience and lack of aircraft congestion make this a very wise choice.

My first experience with Preferred Jet Center was unprecedented. Upon parking our King Air on the ramp for the first time as new customers, there was absolutely no lack of motivation or initiative on behalf of the line crew to provide us with any service necessary on a diligent basis. Upon entering the FBO, we were greeted with a smile, a bottle of water, and a firm handshake from the facility manager, Andrew Ash. An achiever and a professional, Andrew raises the bar in all facets of team leadership and has exceedingly maintained a standard of service well above par. With key personnel like Leslie and Amber (customer service reps), Jeff (line manager), and Shanna (customer service manager), peerless amenities along with paramount friendliness affirms their many accolades. The facility is stellar, and the free t-shirts ensure that you depart with a smile.

Terrific experience at Preferred Jet. Due to weather, had to divert from nearby homebase to KRYY. Personnel at Preferred could not have been more helpful in securing plane and facilitating a meal and transportation for my passengers. First class service.

Stopped in with a student on 6/14/11 to get fuel and cool off from the heat. Everything about the experience was very positive. From the line crew who hustled out to meet us as taxied in to Amber's friendly and pleasant demeanor at the desk, true professionalism was displayed by all. After a free bottle of water, a t-shirt and 21 gallons of fuel, we were on our way. Highly recommend to everyone flying into RYY!

Was in Atlanta (KRRY) for a Cirrus CCCP weekend course. Everyone @ Preferred was GREAT, especially Customer Service Rep. Shanna. They even cleaned our windshields for us.

Flew to RYY for a Cirrus COPA CPPP event. Very friendly FBO. The manager was out working the aircraft and meeting people as they arrived. Fueling was correct and the aircraft was tied down very well and chocked. Never been to Preferred before but will stop again if at RYY.

Flew in from DC area and left my Mooney for a week while I flew commercial with a friend to Colorado for a short ski trip. Atlanta experienced severe weather while I was gone and they put my plane in their hangar during the bad weather and did not charge me! Simply one of the best. Their line personnel also all know about the Mooney tow limits. This is my choice in the Atlanta area. Thanks to the Preferred Jet team!

I was there in late January 2011 in my Lancair for fuel. It was twilight, was tired and decided to spend the night. Without requesting, they stored my plane in the corporate hangar, secured a hotel for me and loaned me an automobile to get to the hotel and back in the morning. I ended up staying for three days due to very bad weather so they dropped me back at the hotel and then picked me up later when I was able to depart. In my opinion these folks are top notch!

Everyone was terrific! Lineman was attentive, quick and polite. Car was at the plane when we arrived. Girl at desk made sure we had current directions to our hotel from Mapquest and actually hand wrote some corrections on the printout. Could not have been nicer.

This is how an FBO should be run! Same (if not better) treatment as the jet, which taxied in behind me. Rental car brought out to the plane and warmed up (actually, cooled down). Line staff is always friendly and accommodating. While the prices may not be the lowest, in my opinion, it is the most economical FBO in the Atlanta area.

Flew in to Preferred Jet Center with 3 co-workers for a meeting. The service was the best you can ask for. Rental car to the airplane, and the red carpet treatment. My friends were amazed at the service. Thanks so much. We will be back.
