Very helpful with rental car and gas. But lots of linemen milling about and not especially helpful and much less hospitable than my previous experience with this FBO. Empty coffee and ice tea dispensers abound in the lounge with a legacy virus infected PC that was unusable. Hopefully they can buck up their shop and do better next time,

My pax made arrangement for a rental car. That being said, as we taxiied from our home aiport I heard one pax calling Landmark SAT regarding his car. "good, we'll see you in 2hours" Flight involved a head coach, two of his coaches from a well respected university. Arriving we quickly learned from the customer service counter that no rent car was available. No car for my pax. No transportation for me to enjoy what we all consider a daily perk called lunch. On top of all this, the ladies were in a spin with no idea what to do. Enterprise didn't have drivers, we were told. No one from here is available to drive you "one quarter mile away" to Enterprise. My pax wanted to walk there and were discouraged not to. I don't know what went on but I will say my passengers were not happy. CS should have stayed on top of this and had one of several rental car companies available drive something there to keep them happy. I took my fuel business to another FBO and had a BMW available for us to go to lunch.

Great Service at Landmark. They had a car reserved for us, parked up front and helped with bags. Called 1 hour before leaving and they had the Mooney pulled up front and helped with bags to the aircraft. We will see them next time.

If you don't fly in a fancy jet don't expect great customer service. We arrived in a Piper Lance, and we greeted by a friendly line guy who helped with our bags and getting us a rental car. The rest of the staff could take a lesson or two from him. I called the night before my departure to put in my fuel request and the time I needed to have the plane pulled around only to get there to find it not done. Not only was it not done the staff acted as if it wasn't any of their concern. They all were too busy catering to the guys in the jets to be concerned about my little single engine plane. Did I mention I was there for 9 days @ $40/NIGHT TIE DOWN, and they would not even work on the tie down fee for staying multiple nights. Not a place I would recommend or will return to.

Was stunned and amazed at the "new and improved" $40 tiedown fee for a light single (a Husky?). No free tiedown with a gas purchase either. I've done enough business with Landmark SAT over the past 10 years that the line crew and desk personnel know me by name and me them. When I got socked with 2 days on 2 different aircraft in the face of unapologetic management, it made decision that it was time to move along pretty cut and dried. Which is unfortunate because I'll miss these gals and guys. They are great personnel.

Visited Landmark twice over Thanksgiving weekend on Hero Flight missions. Both stops were quick turns to pick up and deliver passengers; both times the plane was promptly fueled, GPU start arranged timely. I'll be back

I stopped at Landmark on 11/13. The line crew met me at the plane, called a cab, called in my fuel order & helped with baggage. Good so far, but... I came back the next day. My Viking wasn't fueled by the time I requested. 30 minutes later they finished. I paid my fuel bill ($6.55/gal. X 37/gal.), plus the $40 tie down fee (!!!). And, they didn't even wash my windshield. Add to that the 20 extra minutes of Hobbs time waiting for takeoff clearance. Next time I think I'll just stop at Stinson. I could have saved myself $100.

Change in management!!! Beware!!! Have stopped at Landmark North several times. Each time they have waived the two-night tiedown with fuel. Not this time. In addition, I paid the fuel/tiedown as I left, then a month later I get an additional bill through my club for a fuel rate that is 150% of what I paid. They double charged! The manager does not return calls. Again, I say BEWARE!!!!

I flew in on a long cross-country flight. They came out to the plane and greeted me. They gave me a car so I could get lunch, however, the place can be a nightmare to return to. My only complaint is that I wanted to takeoff and there crew was helping someone else out and it took them forever to help me. Other than that I would give them 7.5 out of 10 rating.

The linemen at Landmark were quite helpful when I was unable to taxi an aircraft due to nose steering problems. One lineman went to the other side of the airport to help start the logistics in getting it towed. Whenever I need fuel and a courtesy car, I'll stop here first.

Daughter moved to San Antonio last summer from Iowa. I've flown into SAT twice now in the RV7A. Both times stopped at Landmark North. Couple days ago with thunderstorms rumbling through the SAT area I called and asked they put the RV in a hangar. WILCO... Called ahead and they had it pulled out front and ready to go today for my trip home. Great service. Friendly folks, reasonable hangar for a couple nights. Will definitely be back.

We had to leave my son's car at SAT while we went to Tulsa to pick up my Bonanza ...Flew back to SAT where I knew I would need to pay my $15 fee (no fuel purchase), which I was fine with... When I went pay they said "Aw forget it " ...Not likely!!! I'll be back to these guys in a heartbeat.... Too many FBO's have taken the joy out of GA flying, not Landmark!

Great people, great service, nice facilities, tie-down waived with fuel purchase...What more could you ask for? I would definitely pay Landmark North a visit again.
