I just got back from a trip to SAT where I kept my Mooney M20 at Landmark for a week. Fuel prices were fairly high, but parking was a very reasonable $15/night and the first night was waived with purchase of at least 7 gallons. Upon arrival they offered to drive me to my hotel and everyone I dealt with was very pleasant despite the fact I bought only 13 gallons of gas. After very poor customer service at Signature during my last trip to SAT, I will be sure to keep using Landmark in the future.

It was probably one of the nicest FBO's I have ever been to. When I pulled in to the FBO I was greeted by a marshal who guided my aircraft to parking. When I walked in to the lobby I was blown away on how nice and comfortable the lounge was. When I returned to pay my fees, the amount I paid was very reasonable. Only $15 for a parking spot (excluding gas even though we did not need a top off). This was truly one FBO I would recommend to anyone flying into KSAT.

I chose Landmark because they had the cheapest fee/fuel purchase. On landing I had trouble with the brakes on my plane. The linesmen at Landmark went out of their way to help me by providing some tools I needed to fix the problem. Friendly staff, great service and the best prices at SAT. I will return.

I flew into SAT after being diverted for weather in AUS. In case I was able to get around the weather and into AUS, I put another hours worth of gas into the bird. The FBO is very nice and clean, and I was able to get a rental car after hours to continue my trip to AUS. When the weather didn't let up, I was committed for the weekend to keep the bird in SAT. This is where I had the only issue with Landmark's FBO. I had asked them to top off my BE90 before leaving in the rental car, and they forgot to get that completed, resulting in an unnecessary delay. They promptly corrected the problem and I was on my way. It truly is one of the nicer FBO's I have been in. The quiet room, while I didn't use it, was really inviting to take a nap.

Clean, efficient and well managed place. I like Landmark and try to patronize them because their minimum fuel charge is usually the cheapest at any given place. It was only 12 gallons for a medium twin to waive all handling and first night charges. I called the other two FBO's and they were either 20 or 30, and one just waived the overnight but not the 20 or 40 dollar ramp fee. Gas is a little higher, but the 12 gallon minimum helps, I'll continue to use them whenever I can. Thanks

A very pleasant visit for the day in our Cirrus. The ramp is full of military, twins and jets, along with the small single engines, but we got equal treatment. When the corporate jet parked in front of us fired up, two linemen stood in the blast and held our wings so we wouldn't get lifted. The new facility is finished, and very nice. We bought some fuel, and there were no fees. We'll go there on our next visit to San Antonio.

Arrived Saturday afternoon in my 1955 C-170B with my two young daughters. Two line professionals standing at the front door waiting for me to taxi up onto their ramp. Directed to the 2nd parking spot from the front door next to some corporate iron. Vehicle immediately pulled up and two linemen unloaded our bags, quickly took my needs and departure information. They advised me that it was forecasted to get windy and verified I wanted the plane tied down. They asked if it was okay to use their electric lift tug on my tailwheel, or would I rather they push the plane. They then drove us to the airport parking garage to retrieve a vehicle. GREAT GREAT Service. Arrived the next day to depart. They were swamped with departures/arrivals, but everything was as they promised, fuel was cheaper than advertised on AirNav. Had them top off the plane, only 11 gals, but no other fees at all. This is definitely the place for small GA aircraft to go when flying into SAT.

Came in on an Angel/Grace Flight. No ramp fees charged which was a bonus. While they were doing construction at the FBO, it was still clean and the counter staff was extremely friendly. Line guys were very helpful and got the right amount of fuel where we needed it. As with any major airport FUEL IS EXPENSIVE, but overall I am very pleased with the service and I have come to expect expensive fuel at a place like this. Will come back for sure.

Excellent service! I really enjoy coming to Landmark. Front desk personnel are always attentive and ready to help me getting the stuff done, from getting the airplane tied down or hangared, fueling, bringing it online, etc. To getting a car or a hotel room as well as dropping me there or picking me up at the hotel whenever I needed. Special thanks to Brianna, Annette, Margie and Dina at the front desk and Mario Diaz for all the help. Definitely an FBO I personally recommend.

Excellent service and well maintained FBO. 100% improvement from my last visit. Kudos to the line personnel who were very helpful and attentive to my teeny tiny Mooney as they marshaled it past the huge SPURS jet and other monster aircraft on the line. Keep up the good work and many thanks!!

Our experience at Landmark KSAT was terrific! We planned our trip with a TBM 850 and were delayed by equipment issues and weather. Ultimately, we arrived in a Cessna 310 and were welcomed as if we flew the turbine. From senior management, to the desk attendants, to the line guys, the service and hospitality could not be beat. We will definitely go back! Thanks Mario.

Old and stale smell. Ramp was cluttered with traffic cones. SAT has bad FBOs in general and extemely high fuel prices

Went in there for about an hour in a C172; I know that 172's are not that significant in the grand scheme of Landmark's business, but I still expected to be treated with a little respect as a paying customer. I told the lineman that we would advise fuel. Went inside to ask for a crew car to run for dinner, and the woman working the front desk said, "A crew car? And you're not taking fuel?" with a tone that made it seem like we didn't deserve a crew car. Paid the $20 fee to "earn" the crew car, had she been a little more polite we would have taken $150+ worth of fuel after looking at the weather. The crew car needed to be cleaned; there was a rotten apple core in the cup holder. I understand that a C172 is insignificant to a major FBO at a large airport, but I still expect friendly service. Outside of flight instructing, I run my own aircraft management company, and I will not be advising any of my students or business clients to use Landmark at SAT again.

Very helpful with rental car and gas. But lots of linemen milling about and not especially helpful and much less hospitable than my previous experience with this FBO. Empty coffee and ice tea dispensers abound in the lounge with a legacy virus infected PC that was unusable. Hopefully they can buck up their shop and do better next time,

My pax made arrangement for a rental car. That being said, as we taxiied from our home aiport I heard one pax calling Landmark SAT regarding his car. "good, we'll see you in 2hours" Flight involved a head coach, two of his coaches from a well respected university. Arriving we quickly learned from the customer service counter that no rent car was available. No car for my pax. No transportation for me to enjoy what we all consider a daily perk called lunch. On top of all this, the ladies were in a spin with no idea what to do. Enterprise didn't have drivers, we were told. No one from here is available to drive you "one quarter mile away" to Enterprise. My pax wanted to walk there and were discouraged not to. I don't know what went on but I will say my passengers were not happy. CS should have stayed on top of this and had one of several rental car companies available drive something there to keep them happy. I took my fuel business to another FBO and had a BMW available for us to go to lunch.

Great Service at Landmark. They had a car reserved for us, parked up front and helped with bags. Called 1 hour before leaving and they had the Mooney pulled up front and helped with bags to the aircraft. We will see them next time.

If you don't fly in a fancy jet don't expect great customer service. We arrived in a Piper Lance, and we greeted by a friendly line guy who helped with our bags and getting us a rental car. The rest of the staff could take a lesson or two from him. I called the night before my departure to put in my fuel request and the time I needed to have the plane pulled around only to get there to find it not done. Not only was it not done the staff acted as if it wasn't any of their concern. They all were too busy catering to the guys in the jets to be concerned about my little single engine plane. Did I mention I was there for 9 days @ $40/NIGHT TIE DOWN, and they would not even work on the tie down fee for staying multiple nights. Not a place I would recommend or will return to.
