I have flown into this FBO 2-3 time in the last year. I fly a C-182 and have always been treated very well. The last visit my passengers had left cars with them. While taxing up to the FBO, both cars were being pulled up to the front door and we were parked right beside them. A King Air and a Citation were behind us and they took care of us like they had now worries about what kind of plane we were in. Thank you Million Air.

Arrived unannounced at 7am after a 5hr nonstop from Lexington. Within 30 minutes the gals upfront had found me a hotel and had the shuttle there to pick me up. What a great job for a tired freighter pilot. Will always use them when I come to SAT.

Just flew in this weekend for the Embraer Phenom 100 User's Conference. With 15+ Phenoms on the ramp, the Million Air people worked very efficiently and always with a smile. They are a great group, and I'd highly recommend them. THANKS!

Flew my Comanche for a convention downtown. Desk and line personnel were very courteous and friendly. Ramp fee was too high; however it was reduced by 50% since I purchased fuel.

I flew into Million Air about a week ago in my tiny little Lancair 360. I was treated very nicely and even given a ride around the airport to the rental car place. The ramp fee was about $80 total after being there 6 days and getting a 28-gallon top-off on my way out. They even let me leave the rental car there on my way out and returned it for me. It's a very nice 24-hour FBO. I'll be back.

Yes there is a ramp fee. For my Mooney, it will be either $35 or 20 gallons of fuel. Buying the fuel at their price and minimum amount is about $35 more than what I would pay elsewhere. I know that their amenities, and more significant the San Antonio bureaucracy, need to be supported, but us guys who do not have a business that supports costs such as these, suffer.

Flew our light twin-engine Diamond DA42 into San Antonio last Saturday at about 1pm local time. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the crew car was a nice, clean Infinity with a GPS unit. The lobby and bathrooms were clean, with no smell of smoke, and offering free fountain drinks. Upon returning from lunch, our aircraft had been fueled in the manner requested, and we were ready to go. I definitely recommend Million Air. My only gripe is that one of the water bottles in the back seat of the car appeared to have some glue strand or something floating inside.

Flew in our Citation twice last week and they treated us great. From having the car pulled up both times to getting us directions, top notch facility and amenities. If you fly corporate or just for fun this is the place to be. You really can't expect anything more than the service they provide. You won't be disappointed.

Having used Million Air several times in the last year, I'll never go back due to each visit, their allowing SMOKERS in the lobby! COUGH! COUGH!

We go into Million Air in SAT 2-3 times a year and its always the same, they will NOT park a piston airplane (ours is a C421C) anywhere near the front even though there's open spaces there. If they don't want piston airplanes there then they should advertise that?..... They’re just like most FBO's if your not in a G5, they really aren't interested in anything else on there're ramp.
