Beyond Perfect. I am a captain with a fractional, and as such am constantly subjected to changes in schedule. Both Jessie and Elizabeth were there for us. As it turned out, we spent three days in Sheboygan, and with their help and direction, had a great time each evening after stand-by duty. They even provided a crew car so we could get out and about. FBO's around the system should take note...

On behalf of the 26 T28 Trojans who enjoyed the hospitality of Western Shore Aviation five days in July, I extend our gratitude. Everyone bent over backwards to address and fulfill our every need. The facility is outstanding and the personnel equal to the task. Highly recommended, we will be back!

Professional and courteous service in all areas. Hertz rental car was waiting at the plane on arrival. Lots of traffic here during the ALMS Race at Elkhart Lake. Beware of traffic departing or landing on cross runway (may not be visible behind buildings).

One of the best FBO's I've been to in a while. The line guys were nice enough to tie down my plane and put my cover on, without me even asking. Everyone was very nice and extremely helpful. I highly recommend this FBO and will return on my next trip.

On a dark and stormy night when ATW and OSH were 1/4-mile visibility, I made it into SBM on their ILS and did not cancel IFR in the air. Cancelled on the ground with FSS. MKE Approach rousted someone from Western Shore to see if I had landed. A nice fellow named Matt showed up and let my dog and I in the FBO to get coffee, water and watch TV until my friend from ATW came to pick me up 1.5 hrs later. They took good care of my bird overnight. A great facility inside and great folks. Thanks much!

On 2/10/08, Jack and Jesse preceded us out to Rwy 31 to make sure we had wing clearance on either side of taxiway from snow brims and cleared the way as we taxied. Keep in mind the wind was 25 to 35 kts with a wind chill of -35. Now that's going the extra mile! Thanks again - you guys are the greatest.

Most courteous, friendly and accommodating FBO I have been to in quite some time. Brought courtesy car right to door. Towed plane to SS pumps. Fuel prices are a bargain! 5 stars.

I would give this FBO a 10 out of 10 for service. I don't do that much. We fly to many destinations and I would say this is one of the best. More FBO's would get repeat customers with service like this. Matt was a great help. He greeted us on arrival and gave 130% of what he could do for our customers and us. Hard to find these days. The CSR gals were great. The FBO has everything you need and they are not lazy like many are. On departure Matt helped us again with a 10+ rating. Thanks Matt. You made it easy for me. Great attitude man! I look forward to flying to SBM again and getting the fine service you give. This is a sincere message from me to you for your FBO. Thanks again.

Needed to spend the day at Road America and SBM is only about 10 minutes away. Called ahead for a car and it was on the ramp when I landed. Very nice facility with everything you need. Used the SS fuel system and it worked fine and a worth the effort with the discount. My business is airport fuel systems and this set up must have cost a fortune Weird design in my opinion. Took a look around on my way out and I would like to come over to have some R&R sometime, the area looks nice.

Great place! We flew in for the Champ Car race at Road America. There was supposed to be a shuttle going to the track for a minimal fee but upon arriving there, they gave us a courtesy car to use all day! (And they pulled the warm car right up to our plane). Great desk service and nice facilities, top notch.

Wow! I thought I arrived on Air Force One. Two line staff greeted me. Red carpet. By the time my wife and I got out of our Beech Bonanza, it was tied down. Van was there and I never even touched our luggage. The staff drove us to our hotel downtown and picked us up the next a.m. GREAT SERVICE AND STAFF!!!! Very friendly. Keep up the great work. Great place to visit.

I was having a bad day with my truck and the plane not wanting to start but that changed when I got to SBM and was parked by line crew who pulled the warm crew car around to the plane to load up. I felt like I was a pilot of a jet rather than an Archer. The cold made starting the plane a chore and I needed a boost. The line guys quickly hooked up the powercart for no charge. Great line staff and a very friendly young woman at the desk. Other FBO's should take them as an example. Thanks to the staff working the afternoon of Dec 2 you made my very bad day a lot better.
