Was there yesterday. Great service! Rental car was alongside airplane while I was still tidying up the cockpit. Relaxed atmosphere, great people. Nice lounge and briefing room. Didn't uplift fuel, as none needed, so cannot comment on prices.

Our rental car was waiting for us, and the line service was great. Self-serve was priced right, and the FBO itself is an excellent facility. We will be back.

I was at San Luis Jet Center last weekend - 5/29 - 6/2/2013. Again, a first class operation at reasonable prices in every respect. All of the handling, fueling, rental cars, etc., I needed. I shall return.

We have been going to the San Luis Jet Center often for the past year. This is an excellent FBO and everyone we have ever dealt with exceeded our expectations. Our dog even knows where the doggy treats are.

San Luis Jet Center was terrific in taking care of my airplane and my family. They did not have parking when we arrived, so they parked us further off the ramp. We were met by a golf cart that took one of our party to the car rental center in the airport (we had not pre-arranged a car). We spent many hours there waiting for weather to clear. They moved our airplane to a more secure area overnight. Wonderful pilot lounge that made my family comfortable for those hours. No crew car. Gas prices 0.50 more expensive by truck. Service was outstanding.

Stopped by for the day on 10-14-12 and parked in the newly repaved transient area. The Jet Center's facilities are spotless and comfortable, as always. The cookies and crew cars are much appreciated, although we rented a Hertz car since they have a 2-hr limit on the crew car. Note that the self-serve pumps are on the northwest side of the airport, across runway 29/11 from the Jet Center's location.

Arrived on 8/24 as an Angel Flight mission. Service was superb from the linemen to the front desk. This is my second visit to the Jet Center and will most definitely be back again.

Flew in for a business meeting and met two other Cirrus planes on the ramp. San Luis Jet Center line guys marshalled us quickly and handled fuel orders by phone on our way out. Self-serve fuel on the other side of the field was cheaper, but only if you have a bit more time to taxi over there. Great service. Totally convenient.

Landed on June 17th. Rolled up to the FBO Jet Center. They were very friendly and move our Hertz rental up to the plane while we unloaded. We spent about 6 hours in town and they had the plane fueled and waiting for us when we arrived to depart.

Flying an R44 from TOA to BFI we dropped in for gas. As an ex line guy I know it doesn't help when someone especially a helicopter turns up unannounced but the tower helped us with taxi and parking (large concrete pad SE corner of field) and the line guys came right over and picked us up in the golf cart and took us back to the FBO. Nice facilities, friendly and knowledgeable CSR's. Line guys topped us off and we took a taxi ($15-20) to town for lunch. Line guys were knowledgeable and professional. We will be back next time and I recommend the Thai food next to Firestone grill. (Maybe wait for a crew car too)

At the self-serve fuel (other side of the airport from the jet center) the only restroom facility is a portapotty with no water for hand washing.Response from Andrew Robillard, General Manager, San Luis Jet Center Henry, thank you for taking to provide feedback about your experience. The port-a-potty you used is actually owned and maintained by the County of San Luis Obispo. I am sorry that there is not a proper restroom facility on the westside of the field. During future visits I encourage you to visit our facility, which is located behind the tower, on the eastside of the field. There you will find several clean restrooms, along with free coffee, bottled water and cookies. We also have a couple large lounges for you to rest and a pilot flight planning room.

I was at San Luis Jet Center again yesterday. Three times as I had business all over the Central California Coast. Top notch in all respects. Line service, office, facilities, etc. And, I fly a Mirage piston. I was treated as well as anyone.

Great, friendly service. Our little DA40 was pulled up next to Citations and received the amazing service, from planeside rental car delivery to great recommendations for winery visits and restaurants. Service was seamless and the facility is beautiful. Can't ask for more than that!

We've probably stopped by the Jet Center at least 20 times in the past 5 or 6 years. Can't beat the self-serve fuel prices (note that the pumps are on the northwest corner of the airport, across Rwy 29/11 from the Jet Center.) Also can't beat the comfy facilities at the Jet Center. They have a courtesy car for pilots, with a 2-hour limit (very useful for a quick run into town.) Definitely one of our favorite FBOs in the nation.

Self Fuel pump is across the field. There is also a port-a- potty near the fuel pump. Great self fuel prices. I love to fill up my airplane with 100LL and then taxi to the Sprit of San Luis Restaurant to fill up my tummy!

This has become our usual fuel/lunch stop on our way from Oregon to Southern California in a C-172SP. The folks at the San Luis Jet Center are always friendly and helpful. The service is excellent. We also enjoy lunch at the restaurant, The Spirit of St. Louis, next door.

Although I know that I have praised them in the past, I wish to write once again and express my gratitude to the excellent folks at the San Luis Jet Center for their continuing superb customer service. Everybody at the organization, from line to customer service, is courteous and efficient and a pleasure to deal with. It's one of the many reasons that I regularly choose KSBP for a fuel stop as well as a destination for proficiency flying. I highly recommend The Jet Center to anybody who has the occasion to fly to KSBP

This is one great FBO. We decided to fly up to SBP for lunch this afternoon for no reason but to have fun. Checked AirNav real quick and decided to park at San Luis Jet center. Now all we have is a little RV6 however we were treated GREAT! This airport is now at the top of my list for the ever more expensive $100 hamburger due in large part to the GREAT folks at San Luis Jet Center. I wish I had paid attention the price on AirNav before we left, as it is quite a bit less than what I was quoted. There service is so great I wanted to purchase fuel but the price was really HIGH. However the AirNav price though still pricy would be worth it for the great service.

The staff at San Luis Obispo Jet Center is, by far, the finest group of people in the business. I am impressed with their attitude, friendliness, and corporate culture. They embrace all facets of making life easier for their customers. I became stranded on their ramp due to a bad battery. Their customer service and line people constantly went out of their way to make my stay comfortable. Their maintenance personnel dropped what they were doing to assist me, and went out of their way to fix the problem with my aircraft. I have been a professional aviator for 30 years and work with many excellent FBOs, but the San Luis Obispo Jet Center staff is the best I have had the luck to encounter. Every employee, no matter their position, went out of their way to assist me. I cannot express my gratitude appropriately for the help that they give without a thought, it is just the way they do business. Impressive.
