I was at San Luis Jet Center again yesterday. Three times as I had business all over the Central California Coast. Top notch in all respects. Line service, office, facilities, etc. And, I fly a Mirage piston. I was treated as well as anyone.

From Nicholas Williamson on 06-Jan-2012

Fantastic service from the line guys and CSRs. Great stop on my way from Sacramento to Dallas.

From Justine Harrison on 03-Jan-2012

Great, friendly service. Our little DA40 was pulled up next to Citations and received the amazing service, from planeside rental car delivery to great recommendations for winery visits and restaurants. Service was seamless and the facility is beautiful. Can't ask for more than that!

From Inger Fahmi on 26-Dec-2011

We've probably stopped by the Jet Center at least 20 times in the past 5 or 6 years. Can't beat the self-serve fuel prices (note that the pumps are on the northwest corner of the airport, across Rwy 29/11 from the Jet Center.) Also can't beat the comfy facilities at the Jet Center. They have a courtesy car for pilots, with a 2-hour limit (very useful for a quick run into town.) Definitely one of our favorite FBOs in the nation.

From Steve Miller on 07-Dec-2011

Self Fuel pump is across the field. There is also a port-a- potty near the fuel pump. Great self fuel prices. I love to fill up my airplane with 100LL and then taxi to the Sprit of San Luis Restaurant to fill up my tummy!

This has become our usual fuel/lunch stop on our way from Oregon to Southern California in a C-172SP. The folks at the San Luis Jet Center are always friendly and helpful. The service is excellent. We also enjoy lunch at the restaurant, The Spirit of St. Louis, next door.

From Carl Rossi on 29-Jun-2011

Although I know that I have praised them in the past, I wish to write once again and express my gratitude to the excellent folks at the San Luis Jet Center for their continuing superb customer service. Everybody at the organization, from line to customer service, is courteous and efficient and a pleasure to deal with. It's one of the many reasons that I regularly choose KSBP for a fuel stop as well as a destination for proficiency flying. I highly recommend The Jet Center to anybody who has the occasion to fly to KSBP

This is one great FBO. We decided to fly up to SBP for lunch this afternoon for no reason but to have fun. Checked AirNav real quick and decided to park at San Luis Jet center. Now all we have is a little RV6 however we were treated GREAT! This airport is now at the top of my list for the ever more expensive $100 hamburger due in large part to the GREAT folks at San Luis Jet Center. I wish I had paid attention the price on AirNav before we left, as it is quite a bit less than what I was quoted. There service is so great I wanted to purchase fuel but the price was really HIGH. However the AirNav price though still pricy would be worth it for the great service.

The staff at San Luis Obispo Jet Center is, by far, the finest group of people in the business. I am impressed with their attitude, friendliness, and corporate culture. They embrace all facets of making life easier for their customers. I became stranded on their ramp due to a bad battery. Their customer service and line people constantly went out of their way to make my stay comfortable. Their maintenance personnel dropped what they were doing to assist me, and went out of their way to fix the problem with my aircraft. I have been a professional aviator for 30 years and work with many excellent FBOs, but the San Luis Obispo Jet Center staff is the best I have had the luck to encounter. Every employee, no matter their position, went out of their way to assist me. I cannot express my gratitude appropriately for the help that they give without a thought, it is just the way they do business. Impressive.

From Carl Rossi on 02-Aug-2010

I know I've expressed my thanks for their great service before, but something happened last week which to me demonstrates perfectly their commitment to amazing customer service. Before flying up to San Luis last Friday, I had reserved a car via the Enterprise website, only I mistakenly made the reservation for Saturday. Well, one of the line guys noticed my impending arrival via Flightaware and asked the front desk if I had reserved a car, knowing that I often do. They checked, and discovered my mistake, prompting them to have Enterprise re-do the reservation for the correct day while I was still in the air. When I arrived the car was waiting for me, no waiting at all. What could be better? A fine example of head's up thinking by all concerned at the Jet Center.

Excellent service! Flew in from SQL in a C172, they had a guy out ready to guide us to our parking. Gave friends and myself a free ride to the Spirit of San Luis (Excellent restaurant, one of the best at an airport definitely!). We then headed back in and they allowed me to pay in cash, offered us a free company car but since none of us drive called a taxi instead to the downtown area. Spent a couple hours exploring downtown before they called us a cab back and had our plane topped off and moved right next to the entrance to the ramp. Also had great pilot services and very nice atmosphere in general in the entire FBO. Took off without any troubles. They take AVFUEL as well, highly recommend!

From Mauricio Lopez on 23-Jun-2010

Excellent service! they parked our C152 in front of the building next to the Citations! We got the crew car to visit downtown then we had dinner and then we came back and the plane was ready to go with full tanks, and everybody is really nice out there! small but nice pilot lounge! No tie down fee if you get fuel! I'm coming back soon!

From Barry Wulf on 19-Jun-2010

Always great service regardless of whether we get a large quantity of jet fuel, or a few gallons of 100LL. They make the construction no issue, even picking us up from and dropping me off at west side parking.

From Simon Stuart on 21-May-2010

Highly recommended. Friendly reception on the phone and super efficient arranging a car and a hotel for when I arrived. Since their ramp was under construction, the reception made all the necessary calls to organize a tie down on the Western side of the airport. When I arrived, the ramp guys were waiting with the car and in 5 minutes I was gone. Offered to fuel at self-serve rates (A weekend thing I believe). The hotel was a block off Pismo beach. Modest, as I requested, but a great rate, super friendly and just what I needed for a weekend to unwind. Nice to see a jet center giving top notch treatment to a 182 customer. I will be back. Thanks guys!

From Sharbel Haddad on 07-May-2010

Great fuel prices, friendly staff, and a beautiful facility. From a pilot's point of view, the recliners, big screen TV, nap room and cookies just make you feel right at home. A definite ++ operation.

From Inger Fahmi on 18-Apr-2010

What a great FBO. We keep coming back for the free cookies, the great service, and the cheap self-serve fuel prices. Stopped by today for lunch at the Spirit of San Luis, and the Jet Center folks kindly lent us a crew car for a jaunt to downtown. If only all FBOs were this friendly to piston GA...!

From Barry Wulf on 27-Mar-2010

Great service. Very helpful in providing convenience during all the construction. Fuel order exactly as requested. Thanks!

From Rayvon Williams on 11-Mar-2010

Outstanding service! Arrived on a Friday for lunch; when preparing to leave aircraft had no power. Line crew was quick to assist but we could not get it started. Jeff Evans, Director of Maintenance, troubleshooting determined bad relay. Jeff went the extra mile, even driving across the field to look for a spare. San Luis Jet Center ended up securing my aircraft, arranging a rental car and confirmed they would install the new relay as soon as I overnighted to them. They did just that. I'm a fan of this FBO. If you are AOG @ SBP...Yell for Jeff at the Jet Center!

From Jim Schwarz, PDX on 28-Dec-2009

Great service (even when closed on a holiday). I landed at San Luis Obispo late on Christmas Eve, flying in from Portland. The big four car rental places were either closed or had no remaining cars to rent. I went over to the Jet Center, which was also closed by this time, but Andrew was still there. He let me in, opened up, found me a car and shuttled me around a bit to make it happen. A few days later a series of icing cold fronts made flying my little Cessna back to Portland an unwise adventure. Anita found me a nice dry hangar to leave the plane for a few weeks. Great service and cheerfulness from all!

Flew in yesterday and Greg went above and beyond. He met me @ the plane with a golf cart. Helped with bags. Gave my 3-year-old daughter and me a ride to the Jet Center. My wife was there to pick us up. I had to move the plane and park on the westside due to construction. He had my wife follow him to the other side of the field to pick me up. He made sure all was well before he left. All for a little SR22. Thank you Greg.

From Vincent Wilkins on 21-Sep-2009

The service was great and Jim B. of San Luis Jet Center went the extra mile to help out me and my crew as KSBP was our alternate and on our return Jim got us from sacked-in Oceano back to our plane at KSBP.

From Steve Hines on 09-Sep-2009

The service at the San Luis Jet Center is always top notch and very friendly. We always get great treatment; help with bags, rental cars, etc. They make our vacation trips just that much nicer.

From Rob Larson on 30-Aug-2009

Great FBO with attentive service. Felt welcomed and even the use of a brand new prius crew car when I am just a single engine driver.

From G Moncur on 19-Aug-2009

To be honest, I first started landing here for the cookies at the FBO and the sandwiches at the Firestone Grill. Saturday was no exception. Even on such a busy flying day, the crew was doing everything they could to help -- from keeping my older kids amused while I strapped the car seats in, to shuttling us to / from the parking area several times for various needs. Bottom line: they recognized a weary traveler and did everything they could to earn my business: even en "small aluminum" instead of "big iron." I will be back.

From Robert Anderson on 16-Aug-2009

Have used the FBO several times. The staff is extremely helpful and accommodating. They will try very hard to get you a crew car or rental, as you require. Facilities are clean and very professional. Highly recommend this FBO.

From Ronald DeLong on 11-Aug-2009

WOW!!! Flew into SBP from AZ on Sunday (8/9/09). Needed to drive to Atascadero. Normally I go to one of the 4 major car rental counters at the airport and get a car. All of them said they had no cars and no idea when they would get one. They said they didn't know why, but were booked up for the next 3 weeks. Stopped by the jet center to register the plane and told my sad story to Anita who said she might be able to help. Went to the Spirit of San Luis on the field for lunch (a great restaurant - but another review) and when I got back to the jet center she had located a rental car (Enterprise) and it would be there in a few minutes. Weekend saved!!! While there I saw a family that was on vacation, whose car had been "overbooked" by the car rental company, loading their luggage in the jet centers owners personal BMW to use for the weekend. In this day and age when everyone asks you to check the "Exceeds Expectations" on the follow up customer survey, these people actually do it!!

From Bob O'Neill on 16-Jun-2009

After my last post, the manager, Andrew called to apologize and asked me to return. We flew in for the Memorial Day weekend and things were like our first visit. Ally was at the counter and warmly welcomed us, along with an apology and desire to help. Line guys took the fuel order and were headed to the airplane before we left the terminal. When we departed Tuesday, everyone was friendly and again wanted us to return. Andrew linked up with me on the ramp to personally say hello and apologize. Everyone bent over backwards to make things right. You succeeded and I will return! Thank you for your prompt attention and kindness. Ally, kudos to you!

From CFI Vince on 31-May-2009

Flew into San Luis Obispo last week. Was met by Jet Center follow-me vehicle and assited to parking. Helped with bags and rental car. Everyone was very nice and helpful. My only gripe is that I asked the line guy for 20 gallons of fuel and when I arrived back at the airplane the following day, I found it was not fueled in the interim 30 hrs. Pretty frustrating!

From Bob O'Neill on 07-Apr-2009

I spoke too soon!!! I returned on Saturday April 4th. I called ahead this time and gave the young lady at the counter our arrival time, N number, fuel needs, and crew car request. When we arrived no lineman greeted us or placed chocks. When we walked into the terminal, I found two line guys and a young lady at the counter talking. I got the distinct impression our arrival was a bother to them. No water, coffee, refreshments or offers of help of any kind. We were told the crew car was out but we could sit on the couch and wait. I scrounged around in the cabinet to find cups to drink lukewarm coffee I found. No one offered help, information, conversation, interest or concern, while three employees stood at the counter. I can't believe difference of a few days time. I recommend GA pilots find another option when visiting SBP, or bypass in favor of another airport.

From Bob O'Neill on 03-Apr-2009

Great FBO! Stopped there March 31 for a few hour visit to San Luis Obispo. Ramp crew met us as we taxied in with a Piper Arrow, placed chocks, took our fuel order, and gave us a ride to the terminal. Counter staff, Ally and Brea, was really friendly, made sure we had refreshments, info on local attractions, and provided a crew car to make a downtown run for lunch. Everyone was quite friendly, pleasant and helpful. Will definitely use them for our future trips to SLO.

From Kyle Rabiyan on 08-Mar-2009

After flying for 5-6 hours from Carlsbad to Salinas, then back down to SBP, I was looking for a place to grab something cold to drink and a place to rest. I parked in the transient, and walked over to the FBO. They took my information down for the fuel and I slept for several hours in their pilot lounge that has the most comfortable recliners I have ever sat in! Everyone was friendly, and the next morning, they even offered my passenger and me a ride to the plane. They are by far one of the best FBO's I've been to, and that's saying alot considering I'm from Palomar Airport where I have Premier Jet, and Jet Source to compare to.
