Bay Land was a good stop yesterday enroute to Tangier VA in the Tomahawk. Despite landing in a busy segment of their day, they got me topped off with no issues, and was on my way. Staff was friendly, and shared jokes with me too! Thanks Bay Land!

Arrived at SBY on Sunday, March 12th, 2011 on our way to Orlando. I don't like saying anything bad but this was the most lackluster FBO I've ever encountered. The young lady behind the desk did not seem at all interested in helping us and I really got the feeling we were an annoyance. The three line crew kids were helpful but didn't give me a secure feeling that they knew how to fuel the plane. There was a lot of pointing and discussion going on but they seemed to figure it out. I didn't have any special requirement other than "please fill all four tanks to the top". They did get it right so no problems there. The facilities were nice.

Nice facilities at Bay Land Aviation. Landed at dusk. Bryant was very helpful in fueling plane, making hotel reservation, and even drove me to the Hampton Inn as he was getting off work. The Hampton Inn in Fruitville, maybe six miles away, is real nice with many places to eat nearby. Hampton Inn van gave me a ride back to the airport the next day. I recommend this stop, esp. For over night.

Can't say enough good things about this operation. Came in just as they were about to close, with no warning, on a weather diversion. They helped me tie down and unload in disgusting weather, set me up at the local Hampton Inn (at what seemed to be a really competitive rate), gave me a ride over there, and generally treated me like royalty. Prices seemed reasonable. Line and desk personnel were extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. Wish all FBOs were like this. Highly recommended.

Great service and good fuel price. I called the day before and Sandy set up our hotel room at the Hampton Inn with a courtesy van. After we arrived Pat had us quickly refueled and helped with tie downs & a/c covers. Thanks for such a good RON experience.

Wonderful FBO. They were very polite and were prompt to refuel my Cessna 172. Line specialist was very helpful and polite. They have a full pilot shop and the charts are easily found. If you are fling into Salisbury have no fear.
