Googled Top Flight Cafe and saw they have a website with hours and other information.

I flew out to Stockton on 29 June 2008 (Sunday) for breakfast. I called prior to the flight and got a voice message that indicated that they were either busy or unavailable at the moment. I read another pilot's recommendation that this would become a Sunday breakfast fly-in. Being optimistic; I figured that they were busy serving a gathering of Sunday breakfast pilots. That was enough of an excuse to fire up the Mooney! We landed at about 9:45 AM and taxied to the transient parking. Things looked rather dead at this airport. We walked over to the terminal, which was supposed to be open according to the hours posted on the door. It was locked. We could see Top Flight through the doors, so it must still be in business. So, while I can't attest to the food quality, I can tell you to save your Avgas if you're planning a Sunday breakfast at Top Flight in Stockton.

Flew into SCK with the family hoping to find a place to eat. We arrived about a half hour after closing time at Top Flight, but the great folks there still served us. Good food, friendly staff and runway view.

Flew to Stockton today (Sunday) for breakfast - GOOD NEWS: the airport restaurant is now open on Weekends!!! The food was great; service was fast - prices reasonable. This will be a regular stop for our Sunday breakfast club.
