Very nice field with a good ILS approach seems like there is a lot of IFR around that part of the country. Michael has always been super on the line, and really takes his job and quality control seriously. Friendly ATC, and a nice restaurant on the field. Not much in the way of FBO facilities, but you can hang out in the terminal or restaurant.

Michael at Western Aviation demonstrates excellent customer service through his cheerful friendliness and prompt attention to providing parking, fuel, and supplies as needed. The Skyway Cafe is also a welcoming place with delicious, reasonably priced meals and friendly service. More positive changes are happening at Felts Field; it's a very fun place to visit.

Flew in and picked us 2 rental cars for our passengers. Western was able to work with us on our out of the box requests and many changes. We really appreciated the follow up email as well. A+ we'll be back.

While shuttling a biplane, we had an oil pressure issue. The line service was excellent and the mechanic Tim did a great job, even stayed late trying to resolve the issue.

Felts Field now has a first class FBO! The people are helpful & friendly. We were due in after hours, and needed a car - no problem! There is a fairly new looking self-serve pump that is 24 hours. No parking fees. Nice, friendly support staff. I will use them for all of my future trips to Spokane.

Thanks Michael for the excellent service! I flew over in a Skyhawk and parked at Western Aviation, which is located just west of the tower. Michael was there to greet me and offer me what ever I needed, he even went out of his way (and into the dumpster) to round up some cardboard for me :-) There is a great cafe connected to the FBO that is well worth a $100 flight just to indulge in the special of the day!

We recently used Western Aviation's services at Felts Field, buying jet fuel for our Citation and arranging for an Enterprise rental car for the passengers. Our expectations were more than met with prompt friendly professional service, and the icing on the cake was the tasty meal at the great airport cafe in the terminal building. We would definitely use Western Aviation again on future trips to Spokane.

Great operation. Felts Field has a great start up FBO and very friendly service. Good fuel pricing and great line service. Highly recommended. Very good restaurant on the field as well.

After VFR hops all over the U.S. And Canada, I'd like to report that this is one of the very best FBOs. The pilot store can entertain and tempt you for hours, on top of all the standard FBO services. They're new, and the tower wasn't sure where to send us for the crew car Western left us after hours, so if the controller you get doesn't know - it's what he called the "avionics" hangar next to the helicopters past the "red brick" building. We also cleared customs at KSFF, and found it better than at Glacier Park, MT. After you discover what a helpful FBO this is, I hope you'll join me in posting a comment so more pilots can enjoy and support KSFF. I forgot to mention that the entrance is at the right end of the hangar (Northeast corner).
