We flew into SGJ on Easter weekend. The staff at Galaxy cannot be topped for friendliness and efficiency. This is definitely on of the best FBO's I've had the pleasure of visiting in over 40 years of flying.

We flew into St. Aug. On 2/9/13 and I have to say hats off to everyone there, First to the ramp crew, you guys couldn't do enough for us, the rental car was next to the plane and they unloaded and loaded our bags, on flight out unfortunately my starter failed, the crew drove us back and forth to retrieve belongings, now to the people inside Angie and Cathy, unbelievably kind and knowledgeable they called and mechanic straight away, after he figured it needed to be replaced, Cathy then phoned my rental co. And extended my car, so I could get home, thanks again to you all, you made a bad situation a pretty good day all in all, and I will be back....

Flew into SGJ for the first time and must say it was a great experience. The car was pulled up to the plane and we were on our way in minutes. The ramp crew was very professional and prompt with their duties. Thanks to Josh we were given a discount on the car rental. Great job Galaxy. We will be back.

Yesterday the service was WAY OFF. Here's a good rule of thumb, Galaxy: If you don't have the manpower to meet a customer's needs, tell them! They'll understand! I waited forty minutes for a fuel truck before giving up on you. I could tell you weren't excited about driving all the way over to Southeast Aviation (the Extra dealer) to sell a little Avgas to a Mooney-- I get it. That's not very profitable. Still, you would have done much better to tell me you were unable to service the aircraft there.

Landed on way home from OSH and tried to eat at restaurant but were a few minutes late. Desk attendant was the friendliest and most helpful I have ever met. She tried to arrange a cab and failing that lent us the crew car to grab a meal despite our not purchasing fuel. Super ramp crew also. Thanks Galaxy!

Stopped in for a week on business in a C182. The Galaxy crew was top notch. They had the car on the ramp ready to go. The entire team from lineman to CSRs was warm and helpful.

Annual vacation to St Augustine always gets off to a great start arriving at Galaxy. They treat you like royalty. I left my beloved Panama hat in the plane and they brought it to the hotel later that day to save me trip back to the airport. I believe it was Matthew who washed my plane, did an outstanding job at a fair price and even pointed out areas of concern at my departure. Just incredible service minded staff.

Galaxy is always a class act from the time they meet the plane on the taxiway to guide you in until you depart. Was parked with no fuss, rental car waiting planeside with AC on. Line helped transfer luggage and gear and escorted to FBO. Fuel, parking, and rental car handled as easily as possible. On return drove through gate with rental car, escorted to planeside, line helped transfer luggage and line took rental car to return.

Flew in for Aerostar Owners Association Spring Meeting. Service was great, the ramp guys brought my Hertz rental car out to the airplane, and they found space in a hangar with no advance notice. Good job!

A recent overnight visit to Galaxy at KSGJ in my King Air 200 was a pleasant experience. All the personnel were VERY helpful, and the line crew was one of the best I have encountered anywhere. WELL DONE!

I stopped by January 14th with my Cessna 182 and I was treated just like if I had a big jet. Excellent customer service from the ladies at the front desk. Also, thank you for taking care of military folks like me by offering to waive fees. Very supportive of our military. Thank you we really appreciate it. See you next time!

I was making a quick fuel stop on my way further south and I enjoy stopping at Galaxy - and will most likely do so again. During this particular visit there seemed to be a disconnect between the fuel truck and the folks at the desk. The lady responsible for billing would not accept a radio call of the fuel total for my aircraft (not really clear why) and I had to WAIT UNTIL THE REMAINING AIRCRAFT WERE FUELED AND THE TICKETS WERE BROUGHT IN BY HAND before I could pay and be on my way. This was not a busy day thank goodness but the process could be more efficient.

Recently had the pleasure of flying or company 441 into St Augustine and was well taken care of by Galaxy. Everyone really tried to go an extra step to make our stay easy and everyone I came in contact with deserves praise. Matthew O'Toole however really stood out in the line department. He and his team were ON IT! I waited for a long time for passengers and watched them expertly service everything from a Cherokees to Hawkers. I had a minute to visit with Matthew (think they call him Mattie) and learned he came from a very large FBO at HPN a few years ago. He had worked there for many many years and knows his stuff. He does an excellent job of leading his line crew New York style. I hope Galaxy knows how lucky they are to have a guy like this?

Used Galaxy as base for the family vacation. Everything went well. Greeted immediately with offers of cold bottled water when we walked in the door. Quick check in, rental car was ready, restaurant was used for snacks for the kids. And the rest of the experience was equally positive. I've used Galaxy before. Even on real busy days, where there are biz-jets coming & going, and the place is buzzing, we are treated very well. Galaxy tries hard.

My Wife and I just got back from St. Augustine after a wonderful stay, but I have to say, my hats off to Galaxy Aviation FBO, By far the greatest we've ever been to, To Kathy a wonderful, warm, friendly and funny person there, she and the staff made my whole trip, and to Bill behind the Hertz counter, who made our "last minute" decision to rent a car fast and easy, The ATC Controllers are friendly and Fun to work with as well, the line staff greeted us at our plane with smiles and the whole experience was just awesome, thanks guys, I will be back, hopefully soon, , Again, ,, ,, , Hats off to you all.

Weathered Hurricane Irene (not much here, but Really prevented me fr getting back to KDXR, CT!) - Kathy, Tasley & the line staff couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating. Arrived for 1 day, stayed 3 w/ a couple site-seeing flights along the way. All in all, another Great Galaxy experience - prev. KSUA, Stuart Witham & BCT/Boca Thanks!

They met us at the airplane (Columbia 400) with our Hertz car. All papers in hand. Signed and left. They hangared the plane overnight as a courtesy! We get our plane serviced at Southeast Aero, but will always use Galaxy for everything else.

Flew into SGJ on business for the 1st week of May 2011. This is an FBO that knows how to provide customer service. The experience begins on a great note with the golf cart meeting you on the taxiway and the rental car being ready before the engine is shut down. From there it continues with the excellent service at the desk. Departure was equally pleasant with everyone working quickly and friendly. It was truly a pleasure to do business with Galaxy. Kirk and Rory went above the call to make sure everything was perfect.

We stopped here for fuel and lunch enroute to the Bahamas over Easter.. The FBO treated us as if we had come in on a G-5 instead of a Piper Cherokee.... Great service, fair fuel prices

Ok, I was tempted like some of the others to get the cheap fuel and then taxi over to Galaxy. But I thought otherwise and decided I wanted them to take good care of us. WOW! Is all I can say for how they treated us when we arrive in our dinky light twin. They couldn't do enough for my wife, kids and I. Then to top it off when we returned to depart, they gave me a break on the quoted fuel and the tie-down; which takes the WOW factor off the chart. They may be the only FBO, but they act like you could walk out the door at any moment if not fully satisfied. They know customer service. A great additional experience to what turned out to be a wonderful and memorable family vacation.

We had a superb experience at Galaxy St. Augustine. The two rental cars were on the spot and ready to go. Line and front desk service were both quite courteous. In a time of rising Jet-A prices, they honored an earlier quoted rate when a conflict between two fuel cards arose. We look forward to our next stop at KSGJ.

Super facility. I stayed there during Sun n Fun and commuted in my RV10 back and forth to Lakeland. I was treated like a rock star. They took care of my airplane and hangared it every night. Hangar was $45.00 and worth every penny. Had the rent car waiting for me at the airplane when I arrived. Crew rate of $30.00 was great. Tower controllers were extremely friendly.

Visited St Augustine for the day in a PA28 and parked at Galaxy. Very professional, helpful and friendly staff, nice facility. Doesn't seem to matter if you're in a Global Express or a Cherokee, the service is great. We had the same experience last March.

This is our third time at SGJ and Galaxy. From the folks in the tower to the line crew and the people behind the desk, this is fun place to fly. Everyone is happy, helpful, and make us feel genuinely welcome. The Galaxy team seems to enjoy what they do and take pride in the service they provide. Arrived the day before Thanksgiving. Fuel a bit more than the self serve, but they discounted it making the difference about $1.00 per gallon. Excellent service. My alternator failed and this was a repair stop. They suggested a GREAT mechanic...Premier Aviation, (Formerly Jacksonville Aviation Inc.) Matt Sandefur. They were excellent, quick, worked with my personal mechanic 1500 miles away over the long Thanksgiving weekend. Service like that is hard to come by. The airplane was fixed by Saturday after parts were FedEx'd. Awesome place. Highly recommended and worth every penny of fuel price if you are in need of service.

Last weekend was the first time I stopped in at St. Augustine other than for a quick fuel stop on my way to Abaco. We stayed for the weekend and I must say the staff was excellent! They had our rental pulled out to the airplane by the time we deboarded, very impressive considering we were not flying the big metal, our guests were super impressed and it was a really nice touch. We did not take on fuel but I thought the ramp fee was very reasonable considering the excellent service that we were given.

I stopped at Galaxy for a two-night stay and only needed 12 gallons. They nevertheless treated me like an important customer. This FBO is extremely well run, professional and friendly. It's tough to imagine them doing a better job for a little puddle-jumper owner like me.

Ferrying a little 172 out of SC I had to make an unscheduled stop in St. Augustine for some mechanical issues. I wasn't sure what to expect when I taxied into Galaxy in an old piston, but I must say the service I got was incredible. Actually I am blown away. Matty went so far above and beyond to help me in every way shape and form. The whole staff was incredible. Matty runs a great shift. Del behind the desk had me set up in a hotel room before I even knew what was going on. Words cannot describe how thankful I am to the whole crew at Galaxy for turning a nightmare day into something enjoyable. Once again thanks to Matty, Del, Jeff, Matt, and Juan!! They really are a good and solid team!!

Called Galaxy and they arranged a room for us within walking distance or old St. Augustine. Upon arrival they were most courteous and they gave us a ride to our hotel. With a small fuel purchase they waved the overnight fee and gave a fuel discount. I am very happy with the way we were treated and will use this FBO again

I moved from Jacksonville down to Ft. Lauderdale for a year and a half, and would always stay with Galaxy when I'd fly back up to visit. The service and experience was always top of the line. Now that I've moved back to Jax, my experiences with this FBO continue to be exemplary. Yesterday I wasn't even a customer and Michael still offered to take me out to my plane in the golf cart to keep out of the sun. He really went above and beyond, with no benefit to himself. Great people and a great facility. Definitely choose Galaxy if you're coming to the Jacksonville/St. Augustine area.

Nice FBO. I requested a car 24 hours prior to arrival but the e-mail on the web site went somewhere besides the FBO so no car. Hertz is on property so problem was rectified immediately. Ice cold water and helpful linemen and desk personnel!

I have been flying in here since I was a student pilot back in 2006. Now I often fly Citations in and every time I have flown in here, I have gotten exceptional treatment. ATC is always more than friendly and extremely helpful and the line guys always strive to do an excellent job be it with getting catering or just having a friendly conversation. I wish every FBO I visit could be as courteous and friendly as this one. Great Job guys you make flying to St. Augustine a true pleasure!
