I was here last summer while visiting my sister. This is a really cool airport with all the charm you would expect from a smaller airport but with all the convenience of a big city. The folks that run this airport were super nice to my wife and I. The fuel was priced competitively and the airport bums were fun to chat with too. If you are on your way to OSH or elsewhere, this is a great place to stop!

Bob "Wip" Wiplinger went out of his way to help a fellow airman by hangaring a lowly Cherokee on Fleming field for a week keeping it out of severe weather this last week until I could return to retrieve plane. He was sitting in the FBO and volunteered his help and services voluntarily. Can't ask for better services and friendly people at KSGS Fleming field. I always come here when visiting relatives in St Paul. Thanks again, "Wip". And all at KSGS. First rate FBO and ancillary services.

Very nice airfield. The FBO is clean and comfortable, good vending machines for drinks and snacks and an excellent flight planning area. Self-serve fuel is easily accessible and the credit card machine and pump are straightforward to use. Adjacent to the FBO to the north in the "Wipaire" building is a very robust pilot shop, which has a wide array of pilot supplies and charts. Tie downs are available $5 a night and the field is secure. Motels within a mile, which provide shuttle service. No crew car was the only negative. Just under Class B and ATC was very helpful getting in and out. I'll be back.

It's a great field - Wipaire and CAF are on it. Nice terminal. Taxiway and ramp has just been resurfaced. $5 to tie down, I think. There's been a change in airport ownership and I've noticed the fuel prices tend to be a little higher here now. Locals tend to refuel up at New Richmond
