Employees were great and very helpful. Rec'd quick turn service knowing I was staying a while. The reception (common) area was decoratively designed for show and tell for passengers waiting or passing thru. The out dated, open balcony-type pilot lounge was loud and made it impossible to rest. No door to close allowed amplified employees' conversations, radio chatter doors and stairwell to resonate throughout the large open-area style building. The small pilot lounge had old, uncomfortable (non-reclining) furniture and the work area was a cafeteria style-folding table with metal folding chairs. Flower Aviation is not designed for the pilot in that it is not a place to come if you have to wait.

Quick turn on fuel with good pricing (King Air without the benefit of fuel contracts). With no advance notice made us sandwiches for lunch. Cookies and pads of paper for our daughters. All smiles and we were on our way.

On a recent quick-turn fuel stop, which Flower as usual handled extremely well, we had a ground stop upon departure. We had to go back into the FBO with our passenger. The facility, the friendly staff, and the free WiFi really made the wait much more tolerable for everyone. The ATCT controller called us at Flower to keep us up-to-date, which was a real help, so kudos to SNS ATC as well!

Professional service for our C182. Very nice facility for either a quick turn or longer break. My daughter particularly liked the iced tea and cookies - nice touch.

Flew into from Terre Haute, IN area and stopped for a few hours with another pilot. We were greeted by the line service and she asked what else she could do besides fuel. We asked for a cleaning on our windscreen and it was done. Got directions to a local fast food place, and I have to agree with some of the other pilots the car was not in the greatest condition. But overall great service, if back in the area I will stop by again.

They monitor arrivals and come out to greet you and offer help. Very nice facility. Prompt and courteous service. They have well appointed flight plan room. Thanks for suggestions for lunch in town, and providing courtesy car.

Flew in for a fuel stop and lunch. The fuel truck met us on the ramp and topped us off immediately! Very nice if you're looking for a quick turn around. Staff made great suggestions for lunch and provided a crew car. The lounge was a nice place to sleep for an hour and we were on our way.

Prompt friendly service, good cookies, and clean facility.... A little pricey on fuel.

Came in on a Piper Cherokee, and the line guys were great. Fuel wasn't the cheapest, but they took good care of us. Free cookies and coffee/tea if you want. Serviced in under 10 minutes. Will come back again. Thanks Flower!

The service here was excellent, from the prompt fueling by line service, to the helpful young woman at the front desk. I also managed to leave my phone in their courtesy car, and they shipped it back to me free. The only thing I was disappointed about was the fuel prices. Hopefully they'll match their competition down the field soon!
