Typhoon is still better than 80% of the airport restaurants out there, but not as good as they use to be. It use to be a place you could take "hardcore foodies" too and they'd be pleased. On our visit there last weekend, shrimp and chicken were not fresh, ... And service could've been more accommodating (we had reservations, 20 open tables, but they couldn't move us to a different one). Again, for an Airport Restaurant it's better than most. Taxi up in front, great view, ... Hard to beat. But for a "nice restaurant" a Foodie wife or SO is expecting, it doesn't make it anymore.
