Called tonight and the girl was very nice on the phone, but had to go ask someone else for very simple questions that they should have on a sheet right there... Such as the price of 100LL, ramp fee, overnight fee, etc. Turns out the "first time discount" requires a 250 gallon purchase ($100 off, though.) She cited a $25 ramp fee plus $25 overnight fee, with the ramp fee waived with a 50 gallon or more purchase. She could not find a "Single engine Commander" in her book so I had to tell her, "give me what you give a Bonanza." Bottom line, although they were very nice, they clearly don't want the single-engine, owner-flown, business customer to stop in.

Be sure to make this FBO one of your stops! I travel all over the country and have seen the best and the worst FBO's have to offer and Rectrix is one of the best. Here's the kicker. Their main terminal isn't even built yet! That being said, this place has first class written all over it. From the service to the facilities to the employees...All first class! First timers even get an unbelievable deal on fuel! Thanks guys!!

The people that I have met at Rectrix have been great! It does not matter if I arrive in the Gulfstream or in my Cub. The service has been outstanding!!
