Randy and Kathy are always there waiting, ready to take care of our passengers' needs and ours. Their attention to detail and customer service is excellent. When we pull up on their ramp, rental cars are waiting for our passengers with trunks open and paperwork ready to go. When we've had special requests, they have been easy to work with and quick to accommodate. Thanks for taking such good care of us!

Flew in to Stinson in our Cherokee to visit Riverwalk and needed to have the attitude indicator replaced before returning to Florida. Randy and his folks went out of their way to find me options for an affordable replacement that was available within 24 hrs to meet our schedule. When we arrived back at the airport a couple of days later, an overhauled AI was installed and the aircraft was pulled up and ready for our departure (Kathy had been watching flight aware for a flight plan and knew when we were leaving). The labor charge was so low that it barely covered the time to actually find the exchange unit, let alone the installation. Also a very convenient location to drop a Hertz rental. These are great people helping to keep GA alive. I would never stop anywhere else in the San Antonio area.

We spent the night 3/25/2013 our second over night At Stinson in a year. Both times SAA made the arrangements for a rental car. The guys parked us close to the lounge and help load bags directly into the waiting car. The Comanche N9450P needed minor adjustment in the strut. Over night while we were in town SAA parked our plane inside and fixed the problem. The Office personnel are eager to help and wealth of information. The Cajun restaurant located next to the tower had outstanding service and food! Add these guys to your San Antonio area destination! Thanks guys see you next trip!

Friday the 22nd of February I took some folks to Pleasanton, Texas. After they had departed I found that the aircraft battery was dead. There was only one other person on the field, the local mechanic, and he had no way to jump start an aircraft, not even a set of jumper cables or a 24 volt charger. No motel rooms due to the drilling activity. At 05:15 pm I called San Antonio Aviation, was able to catch Sam and he had a used, spare battery that was willing to loan me. The mechanic at Pleasanton agreed to take me to Stinson Field to retrieve the battery. I installed the battery and was on my way in no time. I can't say enough good about San Antonio Aviation. Folks at an FBO that will go to great lengths to help a person in distress is a "real" full service FBO. Thanks San Antonio Aviation.

This is one of the BEST GA FBO'S in the country! If you've never been to San Antonio it is worth the trip and this is the place to stop! Nicest most accommodating people in the aviation business!

San Antonio Aviation was recommended to me by someone who regularly flies in to Stinson on business. They treated my plane and me very well. I have a Mooney, so when I confirmed they were familiar with the limited turning radius and easily damaged nose truss, they took the time to show me the equipment they use, and that it was from the Mooney factory. I appreciated that extra effort and patience.

Excellent FBO. Good prices too! Trish was very helpful in getting a hotel room. All of the staff was very friendly to my wife and I. We will definitely use this place of business again if in the area.

GREAT FBO!!! I called ahead and they had a cab on the way for our 3-day stay. Reasonable fuel prices and NO ramp fee if you buy fuel. FBOs like this make general aviation travel fun and affordable. THANK YOU, We will be back!!

Thanks to Kathy for making our stop in San Antonio exceptional. Not only did she go out of the way to sort our rental car, but stayed late to get it to us when we were delayed. Definitely stop here if you are flying into the San Antonio area.

Just returned from KSSF today and used San Antonio Aviation once again. Outstanding service from Randy, Eric, and the beautiful lady who works the FBO inside. They arranged a rental car for us and were very friendly and helpful with everything possible.

Was planning a weekend stay arriving and departing after hours. Called before leaving to get info on parking and fuel. They advised that I park in front of the main terminal for easier access and lighting. Nice terminal. Called in Sunday morning for fuel and it was taken care of by the time I departed with the receipt at the plane so I didn't have to waste time. Good job!

Flew in Aug 5th for the weekend. Could not have picked a better place. Had cab for us to go to Riverwalk within minutes of unloading. Only problem I had was my own doing. Forgot baby stroller in the nose and Sheila brought it to our hotel for us. Thank You Very Much for going above and beyond. We will be back...Hopefully when/if it cools off!!

Exactly as all the other comments indicated. Great FBO, waiting with cool water after engine shutdown. Called before departing El Paso and they had rental car and hotel accommodations on RiverWalk all in place on arrival 3 hours later. Thanks for the great service Sheila!

We went down to the Riverwalk in San Antonio and I chose San Antonio Aviation from all the good comments I heard on AirNav. The service was excellent, personnel were overboard friendly and helpful. Prices were much better than International. All in all it was a great trip.

Stopped in for a business trip in a M20B. Rental car ready and waiting and very friendly and helpful service. Gas was a bit on the high side but cheapest for the area. The facilities are nothing to brag about but they work. Definitely recommend!

San Antonio Aviation was great on our weekend trip to San Antonio. Had a taxi waiting on us at arrival, parked us right by FBO to unload. Told us to call an hour before we were ready to leave. Had the plane pulled up and gassed, waiting on us. Good to do business with. SSF is surrounded by busy airspace, be prepared to navigate it if heading north.

We had a good experience here on a day trip into San Antonio. Fuel price was good, and as advertised (and a LOT less than at KSAT), and we were fueled quickly and correctly. They called us a cab, which whisked us to the River Walk area in 15 minutes. A great spot to stop, and the cafe in the terminal is a great breakfast & lunch stop Monday-Saturday. The funky fuel truck alone is worth the trip!

The other FBO may be equally excellent, but I will never know!! SAT Aviation was tops, period. Car? there! gate? open! fuel? as ordered! And, only 15 minutes from downtown/the Alamo/Riverwalk. I stayed at the Comfort Suites, wonderful location, rates, and first rate! San Antonio is a fun city, and a good place to just be warmer than NEB. In January. Maybe next year I will return and stay for two weeks!!!

As good as service gets. - Car reserved with one call, and it was at the plane before I had it shut down. Really. At departure time, fuel order filled, paperwork instantaneous, and they acted as if they wanted me back again. And, indeed, so I shall be!

We arrived late Saturday after the FBO closed. I called them Monday to request fuel and advise that we would be departing early Tuesday morning. They advised me that they would open a half hour early to accommodate our needs. They were great and didn't charge a ramp fee. Their fuel was fairly priced and courtesy top notch! We will use them again!

I arrived to pick up two passengers in a 421, and I knew I was going to have some trouble starting back up due to a dead battery that morning. I killed the left engine and sure enough it wouldn't restart. The crew at SAA came right out in their cart, plugged it in, and got me started right back up! They were great and I will be using them from now on when in the San Antonio area.

My family and I tie down here every time we come to San Antonio. Great service, very professional, ready to help with just about anything. Arrived last trip on Mother's day with an engine problem that was going to keep me grounded. Immediately started to arrange for commercial travel back home, but Randy and his crew got me taken care of quicker than I imagined. If I were based here, this would be my shop. Thanks guys!
