St. Paul Flight Center/ Avitat offered stellar service for our visit. Rental car was pulled out onto the 0-deg (F) ramp for easy loading. When departing, the line guy had us load up inside the hangar then towed us out. Unfortunately our travels to Minneapolis are in the cold season but with service like this St. Paul Flight Center has earned our repeat business.

Flew into STP (06/2007) and decided to use St. Paul Flight Center because Million Air tends to be more expensive and I'm always happy to support a more local business (as I assumed this was). Their fuel was the cheaper one on the field, plus they stayed late for my arrival and didn't charge me extra. Also lined up a good rental car for me and everything. Took great care of us for our one night stay and everything was perfect. Good people, good stop for St. Paul or Downtown Minneapolis, highly recommend! Thanks!

Flew into St. Paul Flight on Labor Day weekend. Upon arriving it turns out that our rental (booked on-line) somehow did not make it over from the main airport...But not to worry... Wade was very helpful in getting us set up with one of the cars that they had on-site. Even with the issue we were loaded up and on our way within a half-hour of arriving. At the conclusion of our trip, we arrived back at the airport to find our aircraft refueled and ready to go! Brian and Tony were very helpful in directing us to a great place to eat (while we waited on some weather) and made us feel right at home. The facility also has a great pilot lounge, quiet room and briefing room. Even though I was in a Cessna they treated me like I was flying the 'Big Iron'... I would highly recommend using St. Paul flight if going to the St. Paul area. Thanks guys...I'll be back.

Spent 2 days with the St. Paul Flight Center in April and the service couldn't have been better. Even a last minute mechanical problem with our King Air didn't get in the way of their fantastic customer service. The folks at the Flight Center even helped me arrange for repairs with another facility since this particular problem was unique and something they were not able to repair themselves. This definitely goes above and beyond the norm. Janine always greets you with a smile and a "can do" attitude whether it's fuel, rental car, hotel, crew car or anything you may need. When flying to STP don't bother going to any other FBO.

We are fairly frequent visitors to STP, and we always choose St. Paul Flight Center because the service is truly outstanding even for a Skylane driver. This trip was an Angel Flight, and the staff went WAY above and beyond expectations to accomodate our special passenger, including but not limited to the use of a car to get her to the hospital and a discount on fuel for the Cessna. This continues to be one of my favorite FBOs.

Once again, the staff at St. Paul flight center has exceeded expectations. On one hour notice they were able to arrange for a rental car after our cancelled trip in the King Air was reinstated. When freezing rain was predicted, they pulled the plane into the hangar so that we could avoid deicing. Janine and her crew are oustanding! Only wish - a crew car for short term use.
