We flew in Stuart in our 172 and based on the positive comments chose Galaxy. Jean & Carol at the front desk took great care of us. Thanks. Prior to departure, we topped off with fast line service. Across the board this is a super nice place to stop. We'll be back...Good Job!

Flew in this past weekend to visit a friend. We took his Baron out for a flight around the area and on my second (and final) landing I encountered a strong nosewheel shimmy. I managed to pull off the runway but not past the hold short, and after discussions with tower and my friend, we pulled past the hold short and shut down. Flat nosewheel - the tube gave out. The guys at Galaxy brought a nosewheel-lift tug and put us back in the hangar, no muss, no fuss. Great service, great line guys. That was a first in 20 years... The tire issue, not the great service. :)

Very nice people, and an FBO with everything you need! Even lent us the crew car for the night.... Please give them a try! Thanks again for the hospitality...

Flew in for dinner in a Chieftain on Christmas eve. Reserved crew car (Mustang convertible) was waiting on the ramp with welcoming line service. Upscale facilities and great customer service reps completed the picture of a superior FBO. No handling fee with minimum fuel purchase and very nice people to work with. We'll be back.

Galaxy really knows how to do it right. Top notch CSR even remembers pilot names. Line staff knows how to stage cars, park planes and quick turn fuel. Comfortable place to wait for guests. Line staff made sure that I had everything I needed like ice, coffee, papers, cold water, even batteries for my cabin headsets. Crew car was a new full size American SUV! We always enjoy our time at Galaxy Stuart. First class operation!!

WOW! This is one of if not the best FBO I have visited in 12 years of flying. The line crew is top notch, ask for Tim if you need a small truck loaded in the back of your airplane...He does not need any help. Thanks Tim!! The service at the front desk could not have been more friendly, helpful and courteous. Thanks Jean and Vanessa. You are both top notch and very professional. Tower personal where courteous helpful and professional. Do not hesitate to visit. I will be back soon I hope and often. BTW this was my first visit. I was flying a B-58.. Red Carpet all the way. Thanks.

I must report another top notch visit to Galaxy this week. KSUA was our departure point for an island vacation and Jean made a crew car available for an overnight stay in Stuart, in addition to the latest edition of the island pilot resource book and a fuel discount as a regular customer and part time resident. The line was always prompt and very professional too.

After a long ferry flight Mary and Jean treated me with great care. They got my cars and hotel rooms and even sent my GPS mount back to me in NC. And I was only flying a Cessna 150

Came in for a 5 min pickup and got hit with a $21 facility fee. Longest part of the stay was the disagreement about that fee. They tried to make it better with gas that was "only $6/gal". I will be avoiding in the future. Too many other airports and FBOs that try and earn my service. Very disappointed.

Elaine, Joel, Jean are amazing! I was in a time crunch with our C441 and called ahead for a "Quick turn." They were faster than a pro NASCAR team. By the time I opened the airstair door, fuel was flowing. Joel was at the door to help get the plane cleaned up and reset. As I walked past the counter, my fuel ticket was ready, my credit card was charged and ready for signature, in the mean time, our catering cooler was given fresh ice. I don't think it gets better than that. Everything was perfect!

Very friendly staff. Everything went very smoothly for a day trip. Why fuel here is so expensive is beyond me.

I fly a variety of aircraft into a very large variety of places. This time around, a friend and I took a very tired Beech Duchess from PIE to Stuart. I actually had an errand to run in town. We were treated like we had the G5, which we decided to leave at home this time! We even received $1.00 of the published fuel price... Just because! I received a ride from line service into town to complete my errand. Everything went wonderfully smooth. The FBO itself is very posh, and full of nice people. I highly recommend this facility for any airplane, anytime you are in Stuart.

I had a group fly-out to KSUA this past weekend and I have never received better service from an FBO. We had 6 aircraft come in at the same time with only one day's notice. With no cab companies available in the area, Kathy & crew at Global arranged our ground transportation to the beach (roughly 10 minutes away) without a problem at all. After our day at the beach, we returned to find our fuel receipts ready and received offers for warm cookies. Overall, exceptional service with happy, friendly staff. We'll be back. Thanks! My recent visit to KSUA was for 3 days. The ramp fee was waived and tiedown parking was reasonable for the aircraft (C414) and the area. We came in on minimum reserves, so there was a fuel discount for the top off to boot. In the last few years, KSUA and both FBO's have been more receptive to 100LL buyers and have become competitive with smaller airports in the vicinity while maintaining top level service.

Excellent line service at Galaxy. Beautiful FBO building. Fuel price was discounted to $6/gal, still steep. No ramp fee with fuel purchase. Overnight is $18/nt for the Bonanza. Nice people, and great access to the area.

On my recent, around-the-country trip, Galaxy Aviation provided excellent service, including an overnight crew car (new!), lodging reservation at a reduced fee, and dinner recommendations (great seafood!). I'd be pleased to use their services again...
