FBO's Brandon was extremely professional, friendly and helpful. He met us on the ramp, took out fuel order and had our rental car and its paperwork ready to go ahead of time. We returned for departure later than the official closing time of the FBO and he was still there working beyond his shift because of a few late arrivals. Very positive experience.

Another enjoyable visit to Door County and Orion. Lineman has us parked and fueled in 15 minutes. Offered to carry our bags. Overnight tie-down was $3/night. They actively check for IFR arrivals and were expecting us even though I didn't call ahead. Nice to be met and clearly told where to park without lifting a finger.

Friendly FBO. They aren't quite as attentive as some; don't expect anyone to drive out to the plane with your rental car, for example. I never saw more than one person on duty, so that explains the level of service. The terminal is modern and comfortable. I spent 3 nights while visiting beautiful Door County, WI. There were severe thunderstorms one night and they called me and got my permission to put the plane in a hangar overnight. Although it cost $40, that's a lot cheaper than repairing hail damage. All in all, a good experience.

Flew my Archer II in on a leg of my summer vacation. We were treated great! GA Friendly FBO. They treated us like family. We will be back.

Arrived on 2/27 in a Cessna 310. Ramp fee was $26.38. Waited about 4 hours there for my passenger. Lots of channels on TV in waiting room. Not much else going on while I was there. No courtesy car. Line guy said they moved it to their other FBO. He said I could order pizza to get delivered but no other way to get in town for food. Clean restroom. Ramp fee to be expected since I didn't need fuel but car would have been nice.

Arrived after hours in the haze (appreciated SDF approach!) I called next AM to supply my info and they already had plane secured, asking if hangar was desired - I ordered fuel and thought FBO crew (Grant?) was efficient, friendly & professional. Plane fueled and ready when I was - Looking forward to many future visits/stays @ KSUE with Orion.

We flew into Sturgeon Bay / Cherryland over Labor Day weekend. Orion FBO was ok; clean bathroom, ok service, and moderate fuel prices. Got fuel & checked the WX on the computer then departed. There was some traffic in the area but we waited until they landed as there is no taxiway to runway 28 and back taxiing was required.

Unfortunately, I did not have as good an experience that same week. I landed ahead of 2 jets and was told my plane would be fueled later that evening or the next morning as the jets took priority. They did get the plane hangared, though. Despite filling out the mandatory paper work on arrival, they did not have my plane ready for my departure. The plane was brought out of a hanger on the opposite end of the airport from the FBO and had never been fueled. The linemen said their tow dolly was down and they could not help me. After heated discussion with the owner by phone, they did tow my plane to the FBO and also gave me a discount on my bill. The discount was appreciated, but the service in general was poor.

Arrived on a holiday weekend. Immediately Orion contacted me on Unicom and asked what services I required. Prompt and courteous fueling of aircraft. Clean and complete facility.

Very friendly and efficient operation. Arrived midday for a week-long stay and had my C-172 fueled and parked in under 10 minutes. Lineman carried our bags and was very courteous. He offered to hangar the plane in case of severe weather at no charge. Parking came to $3/night - first night waived with the one-time fuel purchase. Will definitely be back.

From Mitchell Tilbury on 18-Aug-2005
Called ahead and Orion arranged to have taxi waiting at our arrival time. Lineman took care of plane while we packed up the cab. Stayed 6 nights and we were promptly refueled after each day flight. Even waived tie down fee. Great service, will definitely stop again. Professional all the way.
