Flew my Bonanza into St. Louis for a business meeting at a facility a mile down the road from the airport. Decided to use Aero Carter because they have the cheapest gas. I asked them to wash my plane and pull it in a hangar to keep from walking into an oven on my return right after lunch. They drove me down to my meeting, and the plane was topped off, washed, and hangared by the time I came back. Francisco did an excellent job with the wash; it looked great, and the price was very reasonable. And they waived the hangar fee! Thaks a lot to John G, Katrina, Bobby, Francisco, and Erica. Excellent service. Will be back for sure.

This place is a gem. I was recommended Aero Charter by a friend that often flies to and from the STL area. This was my first time here and they treated my girlfriend, my mom and me like gold. Super nice people and a fantastic facility. Cold rain when we landed, met us at the plane with umbrella in hand. Helped with bags and got us inside ASAP. Cookies, candy, coffee/tea, soft drinks all for free and great lounge area. No overnight/ramp fees and I didn't even fill up with gas. Easy to find via roads from St. Louis metro. This place is fantastic and so is the airport! I look forward to visiting Aero Charter soon.

I had emailed to inquire about fees for a 3-night visit. They called and said they would really like my business, so I told them that I usually used Midwest Aviation Center and did not recall paying any fees? I was told on the phone they would be glad to match whatever ramp fee Midwest Aviation Center had. I called Midwest and confirmed that they never charge a ramp fee and put the plane in the hangar in the event of bad weather, since they don't have tiedowns. When I called Aero Charter back to book the rental car, they back pedaled and said while they would have matched any ramp fee their competition charged, since their competition doesn't charge one, they couldn't match it! ??? I guess I'll keep using Midwest Aviation! (I understand the fee, but I don't like their not honoring what they said) “5-15-2013 - Robert Franks, Aero Charter’s line service manager, contacted me and apologized. He was very gracious on the phone. Given the time he took to call me and address my concerns expressed in my original review on May 7th, I will certainly be glad to try Aero Charter again in the future.

Flew into Sprit of St. Louis on Friday Feb 1, 2013 from Atlanta in my Comanche 250. Used Aero Charter based on the comments from AirNav. Excellent services. Kept the airplane on the ramp for the first two nights but after a late movie with family discovered it was snowing pretty good late Saturday night. Called their office to see if they could fit me into their heated hangar. They could. Cost was $95.00 for the night but I was leaving in a couple of days and had to have the plane ready to go. Left Monday morning and when I arrived at the ramp my Comanche was on the ramp, clean of snow, and ready to go. Great service to Jeff and Bob. Sincerely.

Stayed overnight here last month, in a PA-30. Very friendly and efficient service. Freezing rain came in overnight, and we were put in the heated hangar without being asked, no charge. THANK YOU, FOLKS! We'll be back. Highly recommended.

Got up the morning of 2/3/13 and there was approx 5 inches of wet snow. Called the airport and Jeff said they were blading the runways and tarmac and he would help me remove the snow when I arrived at the airport. When I arrived Jeff had already pulled the airplane in the hangar and had removed all of the snow and ice. His first comments were I was very careful removing the snow and ice and treat these airplanes like they are mine. Got ready to go and the battery was not strong enough for a start in the cold weather. Jeff and John immediately gave me a jump and away we went. This is one of the most friendly and helpful FBO's I have ever visited. Thanks again Jeff & John.

I have sent several of my planes into Aero Charter, ranging from a TBM to a Hawker. These guys always take good care of us. Friendly staff, very personable, willing to go above and beyond to make sure everything is done right. If you are planning a stop in SUS make Aero Charter your FBO.

I'm based at KSUS and use Aero Charter as my fuel supplier due to competitive pricing. I've also used this FBO as a pick-up/drop-off point for my passengers from Angel Flight operations. Whether I buy fuel or not, the staff are consistently helpful, courteous and generally supportive. It's a great combination -- good prices with excellent service!

Arrived 12/28 for an overnight. I had called in advance to inquire about hangar price and if I could get my plane washed. The hangar price was $187.00 to overnight my Cessna 340! for one night and they offered they could wash it for $75.00. So $262.00 for an overnight and a wash. I called around and found the other FBO's on the field were $100.00 to hangar and $75.00 to hangar. But much more for the wash. So the total was about the same across the board. I wish I had chosen another FBO the wash was not done properly. They did get the gear legs degreased but left hard water standing on the plane to air dry. The water spots were so bad on the windows that I could not see forward flying west into the setting sun. Now after one flight the plane looks dirtier then before they washed it. So the lesson is next time pay $75 for the hangar and $187.00 for the wash! Same total cost but... I will not go here again. I even tipped the guys $20.00 that night!!!

Higher prices doesn't mean better service. Aero Charter has the most reasonable fuel prices at KSUS, and during our visit NOV 29Th the service was perfect. Very friendly, eager, helpful personnel, both on the phone prior to our arrival, as well as during out arrival, then late night departure. Many Thanks!

Absolutely awesome. We arrived for the long weekend and Aero Charter was our choice. Immediately upon shutdown they took care of my wife and son, gave us some free water, cleared up a snafu with Enterprise, and helped us load our bags into the car. Leaving on Monday they had the plane pulled up to the front door, fueled as requested. The desk attendant let us out to the plane, and two line staff rushed to help us with our bags, then they parked the car for me while I took care of the bill and we were on our way. I didn't need the fuel but I had them top it off anyway - they earned it.

Very friendly staff with great service. My airplane was parked on their ramp for a few days and they put it in their hangar for a night at no charge because of severe weather. In the morning they had it on the ramp ready to go. They treated my 172 as if it were a corporate airplane.

WOW! I was browsing through the comments and bumped into one of my own from way back in 2009! And what do you know - the folks there remembered my family and me! Rachel has an excellent memory! Once again, three years later - their service was impeccable (though the fuel price had gone up considerable from 3 years ago :) A great stop - highly recommended. Thank you guys!

We had the distinct privilege of visiting Aero Charter when we flew a Skylane up from Atlanta. We might have been a small single-engine plane, but the arrangements and reception were absolutely first rate. The staff bent over backwards to make sure that every one of our needs were met. We have had many FBO experiences, and this ranks among the very best. Make it a point to stop by when you visit SUS.

I have had avionics work performed by Aero Charter on my PA28 on several occasions. The most recent was transponder replacement and panel relocation. The avionics personnel were very friendly and helpful in this process. I appreciated their suggestions on the panel layout and the effort made moving equipment in a very old panel. Of the three different companies who have done avionics work on my plane at Spirit, their work has been the best and most reliable. I would highly recommend them for avionics support.

The guys at Aero Charter are fantastic! I flew in on a Sunday evening in a Saratoga and was treated exceptionally well. The facility is extremely nice and the staff very welcoming. This is a great addition at KSUS, where other FBOs can be a little less accommodating to GA aircraft. Thanks guys for a wonderful visit - I'll certainly be back!

I had a very good experience on three separate visits over a 10-day period of time. In each case I was met on the ramp and my rental car brought out to the plane, Fuel was the least expensive on the field. The ramp fees were $15/ day for a C-172 with the first day being waived with fuel purchase. They secured an Enterprise rental for $43/ day. I dealt with Ron, Kristin, and Mike, all of whom seemed to go out of their way to make my visit a success. I will certainly be back as they have earned my future business.

Flew in on 25JUL2010, called just prior to T/O to arrange for rental car. On arrival the line crew met us promptly w/ carpet!! Very friendly and courteous. Inside the FBO personnel were extremely friendly and helpful as well. Car was waiting and running w/ the A/C to cool it down for us. Gave us free water/drinks and snacks. I have flown 'corporate' for 30+ years and have not received better service even in the G FIVE (Gulfstream)!!! Give these guys the business they earn it!

Great Service combined with inexpensive fuel. Arrived late on Friday and was greeted by 2 linemen with big smiles that gave very clear taxi directions. A fellow pilot and myself landed at KSUS on 6/18/10 after a 5-hour flight and a diversion. On approach we were asked where we were parking, and choose Aero Charter out of random. We were immediately satisfied with the quality of service. Three linemen marshaled us in and greeted us, and treated us as though we hadn't flown in on a 172. We asked for a top-off and a courtesy car, and before we knew it, keys were in hand and the Skyhawk was topped off. As storms developed over our destination preventing our departure, the employees told us to 'make ourselves at home' and offered us accommodations for as long as we needed. All said and done, I am more satisfied with this FBO than any other FBO I have ever been to. Thanks, Aero Charter.

Our "quick turn" here on a quiet Sunday (the 6th) was our first time to KSUS in over three years. Decided to try the FBO mainly based on fuel price, but was pleasantly surprised with the amenities of the FBO. Personnel had us fueled and "billed" quicker than our little bit of needed rest. When needed; due to weather and passenger needs, we will revisit this excellent FBO! It was a great stop!

Aero Charter was a great overnight stop. They arranged our rental car, which was next to our plane upon arrival, the ground crew was excellent. Fuel prices the lowest on the field. When we left the next morning the aircraft was out of the hangar, fueled and ready to go.
