Waaaay overpriced gas. Nice facility but pass this one by unless you just want a rest stop.

I have stopped here on several occasions to visit family in the area. The guys on the weekends are great but the fuel price is CRAZY!! They are on average $1.00 -$1.50 higher then any other airport within 40nm's. I won't buy fuel here again; I'll make the extra pit stop on my way home to avoid rewarding this gouging fuel price.

I had electrical problems with my C414 and was promptly taken care of by the wonderful staff of JetSun. They were very helpful and got me back on the road quickly. Would definitely recommend stopping in.

Flew up from Omaha for lunch and found out that the BBQ restaurant in the terminal switched to winter hours and is closed on Sunday.

Stopped at SUX in a C182 because of weather. Facilities are great. Tammy Peterson was exceptionally helpful and efficient in getting us a rental car and a place to stay. Rental car at their special rate of $25/day was there quickly. Line staff helped unload baggage. The Marina Hotel (full service hotel actually in South Sioux City, NE) was exceptional at their special rate of $75 (normally $200+)

We stopped here even though fuel was more expensive than other airports so we could get something to eat. We stopped and their crew car was broken and they basically told us tough luck! So we grabbed a candy bar out of the vending machine, a little fuel, and left. Will never stop here again. Get a rental car if your car breaks or take someone to town to grab something to eat. At $4.70 a gallon, you would expect better service than this.

We also stopped in on Saturday, July 29, on our way home from Oshkosh. Excellent service and a car to drive out for lunch. Very easy airport, actually pretty quiet for an air carrier airport.

These folks do a good job on servicing your aircraft and have a car you can borrow. I'd recommend staying away from the restaurant in the terminal though.

We had to stop at Sioux City to repair a failing A.I. I mentioned the problem to the line person who flagged us to ramp, and I was talking to John in Avionics within a few minutes. A replacement A.I. Was shipped, installed, and tested within 24 hours. The recommended hotel (Marina Inn in South Sioux City) was excellent -- Their restaurant was good, but the real find was "La Fiesta" Mexican restaurant about a quarter mile walk from the hotel. For food at the airport, try "It's All Goood..." in the terminal -- breakfast, lunch, and dinner with great BBQ as their specialty. Tammy at JetSun was a steady and positive guide through the entire experience of repair, hotel, fueling, and food -- We could not have been better taken care of!

Had a great experience at Jetsun. The fuel tanker almost beat me to the ramp. Once I decided to stay the night, they had a hotel shuttle waiting for me outside w/in 15 minutes. Great hotel, caught the early 5:00am shuttle back & got great service at 5:30am - coffee was on & fresh when I arrived! Nice facilities, great service!

I was delivering an airplane from Seattle to Southern Illinois. The wx turned to be an IFR east of KSUX and we needed some IFR charts. (The flight around this area was not planned). They told me that they don't carry IFR charts. They have a Cessna Pilot Center sign, headsets for sale and yet they don't carry government charts.. We had to fly to Omaha to be able to get them.. I cannot understand how a company can run million dollars worth of facility yet fail to carry charts for the area.

Very comfortable and clean FBO with a professional staff. Other airports should learn from JetSun on how easy it is to provide excellent service and make customers feel welcome and appreciated.
