First time visitor to KTCL; didn't know where to go. I was directed to Bama Air, and I'm happy it turned out that way. The entire staff @ Bama Air were FIRST-CLASS. Friendly, accommodating, and well attuned to what a visiting pilot might need. I had the honor of offering ultralight trike rides to the staff; seeing those smiles really made my visit very special. I hope to return to Bama Air to enjoy special southern hospitality in the very near future.

Bama Air bailed me out when I was having alternator issues, finding me a hotel, giving me rides back and forth and then giving me a place to camp out while I waited on weather to pass. They put me in the hangar two nights during weather and let me use the GPU to get the plane started several times. Even though I didn't buy fuel, they still didn't charge me a dime! Fantastic service, Bama Air! I will be back!

Flew some people in for the Texas A&M / 'Bama game. We left the following day and didn't realize it would be a challenge to get ice. We did eventually get enough ice to fill our ice drawer. On another point, we had the aircraft hooked up to a GPU and our aircraft was blocking another aircraft's departure from the ramp. Line service disconnected and moved our plane without informing either crewmember. That's simply unacceptable. We have the external power connected because running the avionics and air conditioner will deplete the ship's battery within minutes if left to itself. Please, make an effort to find the crew of a GPU powered aircraft before you disconnect the power supply. You're really going to aggravate them if their battery depletes.

Great service. I flew in for my first time for the homecoming game. They had our car reservations done and cars pulled up to my Navajo when we landed. Soda fountain and cookies really impressed my co-workers. I must say a big thanks for putting my plane in the hangar for the 3 days I was there. They really went the extra mile and make you feel welcome. Will be back. Recommend to all.

I choose Bama Air about 8 times a year for mostly family trips. The facility is nice and the staff is courteous. However, we are practically friends with all of them due to our frequency so we are biased. Jimmy is the best lineman in the USA. He bought my wife a Diet Coke last time out when she didn't have change. Thank You!

I stop here often... Forklift drivers actually know how to operate the lift unlike most places we stop. Staff is friendly and accommodating. They must have changed it up from what I have been from the past... Haven't had a bad experience.

Was greeted by line crew and made to feel welcome. Fuel prices reasonable. CSR was friendly and keeps fresh supply of cookies. Apparently the line problems of the past have been resolved or at least steps taken to correct. Good place to stop.

We chose Bama Air for the name...Even though the fuel was more expensive than Dixie. The linesman parked us, chocked the tires and walked away without speaking. Once inside, the lady behind the desk seemed annoyed that I had walked in the door and reluctantly helped me. A different lady was at the desk when we got back. I stood in front of her while she ignored me for 5 minutes. When I finally got her attention, she too seemed annoyed at my existence and charged me a $20 ramp fee. NEVER AGAIN!

Quick stop to pick up passengers. Line guy unfriendly at best and uncooperative. Refused request to pull up aircraft and put a power cart on it. "I'll do it right before your passengers show up." Really? That’s not what went down. Passengers walk whole ramp to hot plane with no power cart. Only got the fuel order right after being corrected twice. I'd love to never go there again. Thanks!Response from Wayne DuBose, General Manager, Bama Air We have had complaints from our customers about our service and I must apologize for any problems you have encountered while visiting Bama Air. We pride ourselves on having a friendly, caring staff that is dedicated to do what is necessary to make your visit as pleasant as possible. It seems that we have had some employees that have not shared this dedication for customer service, this is not the type of personnel we want and you will not see them at Bama Air on your next visit. Thank you for your comments and remarks about our service this keeps us diligent in pursuite of excellent service. Should you have a problem of any kind please call me or my brother Danny so we can address it in a timely manner. Wayne Dubose GM
