They give us every consideration, fuel us promptly, and, most important to us, treat our families with compassion and the courtesy they might expect if arriving in a Gulfstream rather than our far more humble aircraft. We truly could not provide this charitable service without the generosity of Jet Aviation and consider them a partner rather than merely a service provider. I put in a fuel request the night before. Nobody even seemed to care or notice. Had the customer service agent been as concerned about our customer as she was about her makeup we may have left on time. Her flippant attitude left me with a great impression. I asked her, not for an apology, but just for an acknowledgement that Jet Aviation had made an error and they wouldn't even admit that. Poor customer service. Poor attitude. Exceptionally unprofessional. Thumbs down.   From Dax Beal on 17-Nov-2007 Visited Jet Aviation on 11/10/07. Though I didn't need any fuel, I decided to purchase 50 gallons as a courtesy, even though it was nearly $6/gal. The CSR made no mention of the fact that they have a $220 service fee, which is only waived with a minimum purchase of 150 gallons. Conveniently, their "system" was down, and could not give me a receipt at the time, offering only to fax me one later. It wasn't until I received the fax a few days later that I learned of the service fee. Had I known about the fee, I wouldn't have purchased any fuel to begin with. At the very least, had their system been working, I would have told them to put another 100 gallons on at that time in order to waive the fee. The end result: $517 for 50 gallons, or $10.34/gal. Very poor way to conduct business, in my opinion, and I will not be back.
