We fly into KTEB often for the Children's Flight of Hope, usually transporting pediatric cancer patients to Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center. Teterboro offers a choice of FBOs and most seem to have their enthusiasts, but Jet Aviation has never given us a reason to look elsewhere. Although we are usually the only piston on the ramp (C414) the staff at Jet -- the ramp guys, the van drivers, the doormen, the counter staff, the concierge -- treat our passengers with respect and are gracious to our families. It is not too much to say that Jet Aviation's generosity makes our flights to New York possible. We have come to think of Jet Aviation as a partner in our mission to provide free air transportation to children in need.

Sue and the staff at Jet Aviation are tremendous. Depending on mission and aircraft we will sometimes use Meridian and other times Jet Aviation. Jet Aviation has always treated us with courteous, prompt and attentive service regardless of turbine or piston equipment. Facilities are the best you'll find in any FBO and a pilot fitness center to rival some gyms. Prices are high, and check ahead for fees ($150-300 the norm with fairly hefty fuel requirements to waive). We were unable to take 40 min this trip and Shannon allowed us to waive the fee with a top off at 33gal. Nice business center with print capability upstairs and new Toyota crew cars. Thanks Jet!
