I usually use HPN for my NY trips but this time decided to take my Cirrus SR22 to TEB. While you feel very small next to the numerous jets, the staff at Meridian was friendly, helpful and very accommodating. My fuel purchase (60 gallons) negated 3 days of parking charges. Ground transportation was arranged for me and there was plenty of help with my baggage. While not cheap, the service was excellent and I look forward to returning. BTW, overnight parking is $50/night, but that's about what it costs to park a car overnight in NY, so I don't think it's terribly unreasonable.

We love these guys.. They know me by my first name. They always have a driver ready to take me to the Holiday Inn, btw.. Go to Secaucus... Much nicer. Sarah always has a smile....

From Scott Warhol on 10-Feb-2013

I love coming to Meridian Aviation! Came in on a quick overnight and had the same great service at an outstanding FBO like usual. Keep up the great work guys! Check out my whole review of Meridian with some pictures at FBOgo.Com!

From Kent Magnuson on 24-Dec-2012

Great service for our Turbo Commander N900NE. Very nice lobby for all pax and crew needs. Good fuel price on Jet A. Thanks for all your services. Friendly and efficient staff throughout. Nice hotel/rent car for crew. Thanks folks. Well done.

From Adam Dwyer on 14-Dec-2012

Awesome FBO. No Shell points with CAA, however. My only gripe, be it a minor one!

From Casey Dufur on 08-Nov-2012

Great FBO! Was probably one of the busiest FBO's I have ever been in. Once we arrived I bet there was 30-40 people inside. Yet we were still satisfied with the amount of service that we received even though they were very busy.

From Jared Max Hendler on 09-Oct-2012

Great service. Great facility. 15 gallons to waive 50 fee. Bring your A game to this airport. It is like landing at LGA.

From Les Csanyi (N75EE) on 15-Aug-2012

This is an excellent FBO as we flew into Teterboro expecting the worst but was pleasantly surprised. Everybody treated us as an equal even though we flew in on a C210 and not a jet. Will be back and thx. For the hospitality.

From Geoffrey Knauth on 05-Jul-2012

I flew into KTEB on 18MAY. There was a bit of a mix up, in that I asked the lineman to order a cab for me, but he misheard that and ordered a car, which meant a limo. (My advice to others: Try the word "taxi.") I waited for an hour, missing two of seven brief appointments in the city, with neither me nor Meridian realizing that there was a limo driver waiting for me. I almost rented a car in frustration. The rental car agent was very sympathetic and actually helped figure out what went wrong. The limo driver was disappointed I didn't want to pay approx. $150 to go one-way into Manhattan, but he was gracious. In the middle of this, one Meridian employee really stood out: John Baldino. When he realized what went wrong, he got a van for me and drove me to the ferry [10-15 mi. Drive] so I could zip into the city most quickly. He also offered to pick me up at the ferry, but I politely declined and took the bus from the Port Authority (it really works best).

Meridian has ALWAYS treated us awesome. These guys get CUSTOMER SERVICE and these comments show it well. It’s not about the fancy crew cars, it’s about how Meridian treats their customers: the pilots and aircraft owners.

From Kevin Cofield on 29-Aug-2011

Best FBO on the field! Always are nice and helpful! We go in there about every week and have NEVER had an issue! Great people!!

From Scott Crenshaw on 23-Jul-2011

Meridian treated us wonderfully. Great, friendly, helpful people. The best fuel prices on the field. Our Archer was welcomed like a G5. Can't wait to go back.

From Richard Kennedy on 15-Jun-2011

Top-notch service in every way on 6/6/11. My FBO of choice when flying to NYC in my C172.

From Drew Baird on 29-Oct-2010

I have visited Meridian several times in the last few years and each time was a very pleasant experience. Flying a piston twin, I was treated with the same outstanding service as the guys in G-Vs. Prices and fees are the cheapest on field but service is top notch. Good pilot facilities including shower.

From Scott Crenshaw on 19-Oct-2010

Flying into KTEB can be stressful when you are in a single engine piston. But Meridian made the experience such a positive one for us. They treated me like I was flying a Gulfstream (and there were quite a few there), even though I was only flying my WORPE9 Cirrus SR22 Turbo. We will be back here every time we fly into KTEB.

From Bryan Painter on 11-Oct-2010

Stopped in early Aug after going to Oshkosh. They helped me with a rental car, hotel and waived my 2 nights of ramp fee's for buying 30 gal of gas. They gave me the red carpet treatment. Thanks for all your help!

From Ed Regensburg on 10-Oct-2010

Great service, I called ahead and made reservations for limo into and returning to Manhattan. All went smoothly. Upon returning the fuel amount taken seemed higher than possible by a couple of gallons, mentioned it but it wasn’t but 2-4 gal discrepancy. They PROMPTLY without and hesitation REFUNDED the gallons in question. HIGHLY RECOMMEND MERIDIAN!! Thanks

From Kent Magnuson on 13-Sep-2010

In with our Turbo Commander N900NE today. We are the smallest airplane on the ramp but got great service for all our needs. Nice lobby for pax and crew. Thanks folks. Well done.

From Martin Weiss on 14-Aug-2010

Update to my earlier comment. Received immediate call from Meridian about my earlier unpleasant experience. They agreed to refund the $81.00 air tire service fee noting that the fuel truck air pump should have been used, not the hand truck air tank. There would have been no charge for air from fuel truck compressor. And since it was inop, Meridian felt that it would not have been fair to charge me because of a piece of their equipment wasn't working properly. I have to say that the follow up and customer service made my day and changed my tune. A business should be judged on both good and bad days.. And how they react to a somewhat bad day. It was a simple miscommunication. Very satisfied customer (now) and for the rest of my flights to the City.

From Martin Weiss on 08-Aug-2010

We flew our SR22 for a weekend getaway. I topped off saying it "might" take 30 gals. Girl on duty said if it was "close" they’d waive the $50 for both nights. It took 26 gals, but Sunday staff said I would have to pay the $50. (They did finally waive it). On the ramp, I needed some air in the mains. Service took 10 minutes, tops. I tipped line boy $20. Back inside I was hit with a $70 service fee! The staff who had given me the hard time earlier seemed to smile like, "I got you!" I just paid the bill and left. The problem is the other AirNav customer comments for other KTEB FBOs seems to show they ALL suck, but Meridian seems to suck the least. So if you can put up with rude staff (some not all) make sure your tires have air and the plane has room for 30 gals!

From Greg Barnhard on 23-Jul-2010

I've been coming to TEB at least once per month for the past two years and have always used Meridian. The staff is beyond outstanding. From the line crew to the desk staff, I have always been more than satisfied with the service offered by these fine folks. They are truly more than willing to help you no matter what the issue is. Thanks again Meridian staff!

From Thomas Maugeri on 12-Jul-2010

Quick turn the people could not have been nicer. It is nice to get service like this

From Alex Desemery on 05-Jul-2010

Went there on July 1st. I contacted them to inform of my arrival. They expected me. As soon as landed and on the ramp, was greeted by golf cart to pickup the bags. Refueled the plane top-of as asked. Called a taxi. Were very friendly. Will go back there for sure!! I was treated as a good customer even if I came with a small Cherokee 140 :-)

From Andrew Shook on 01-Jul-2010

We are an A36 Bonanza. Great service. Waived fees with fuel purchase. Polite. Friendly. We'll be back. Fuel CHEAPER than my home field in KY!!!!!

From John Cronin on 21-Jun-2010

During the planning phase of a trip to New Jersey to watch the Red Bull Air Race, I sent a blind email to a few of the FBOs at TEB. I received a response back from Jamie at Meridian within an hour. He answered all my questions, and even sent me links to the NJ Transit website and offered drop off and pick up service at the train station without me even asking. Upon arrival, we were treated with the best of service. As promised, a 15 gallon fuel purchase waived the ramp fee. Upon return to the airport, the plane was fueled as requested, and it only took them 2 minutes to get us at the train station after we called for the ride. Their facility is immaculate with access to multiple flight planning computers, an area to eat, and a business center. If you are planning on flying to the NY/NJ area, I would highly recommend Meridian at Teterboro!

From Wes Hartley on 04-May-2010

Even in my lowly 172, Meridian treated us with amazing courtesy...They had us park right at the front door & helped with the bags. There was a little misunderstanding in the price for the car they arranged for us (VERIFY THE TOTAL PRICE FIRST) but they helped us out by waiving a night of parking, so it was a wash. The ILS made TEB our best choice for the weather, and Meridian made it a pretty great experience! There was no issue with NY Approach or TEB tower getting in either. I'd come there again.

From James Napurano on 08-Apr-2010

We usually use Jet Aviation or Atlantic @ TEB. We had a maintenance issue and Jet Aviation was "not able" to help us. They referred us to Meridian Maintenance. Pete was awesome. Worked his tail off to help us. Anthony and Victor bent over backwards to accommodate us while the plane was being worked on. The facilities are fantastic (for both paxs and crews). I have recommended that any time one of our planes goes to TEB, Meridian is it. Nothing against the other FBOs, Meridian's personnel and facilities are just plane "SUPERIOR". Thanks again, Anthony.

From Don Denny on 06-Apr-2010

Flew in by Bonanza to drop a passenger to go in NYC this morning. Fast service, friendly, and they gave a ride to my passenger to the train in Secaucus. Bought 15 gals of 100LL (at $5.99) in lieu of the $50 ramp fee, but for the convenience of getting someone into Manhattan quick and easy, this is great. No problems getting in and out of TEB, but if you want to depart IFR, be sure to have the Dalton Departure with you. They reported indefinite delay on the Teterboro 6 because of EWR departures. We left VFR without any hassles.

From Adam Broun on 17-Feb-2010

Came in the SR22 with the family for the weekend, and got very attentive treatment - assistance with luggage, they called my car service to speed things up (we arrived early), provided preheat as requested. Ramp fee was waived with fuel purchase.. Couldn't have asked for more, even though we were about the smallest plane on the ramp.

From Wolfgang Weimer on 22-Jan-2010

Stopped at Meridian this week, nice terminal but we quickly realized the front desk staff was unevenly trained. We were mostly ignored by someone named "Victor" who was either asleep or half-witted. Line guys were much more helpful. We'll give the other facilities a try next time.

From James Baum on 12-Jan-2010

I used Meridian for the first time yesterday. I have always used Signature but they told me that they could not provide 120V power to run my Tanis heater so I called Meridian. The folks at Meridian were very friendly, helpful and when I got there, I found that the facility is great. I spent one night there, was charged a $50 ramp fee that is waived if you buy 15 gals of gas and they charged me $15 for the plug in. Given that this is NY, I didn't feel bad about the costs -- especially when you compare the 100LL price here with Signature. There's a $2.50 per gallon price difference. It turns out that one thing did go wrong. They plugged my Tanis heater in as promised but there was no power to the outlet. When I got back to Meridian, I found the engine cold soaked. I let them know and they immediately produced a pre-heater and pre-heated my engine and offered the appropriate apologies for the screw up. I have a new favorite FBO at TEB and it is Meridian.

From Dave Mullins, Contract Pilot Service on 16-Dec-2009

Meridian Teterboro rocks......... Piston or jet you get the same great service! Awesome facilities and great customer service with Anthony - Best fuel prices @ KTEB

From Ryan Flanigan on 05-Dec-2009

I'm another piston pilot VERY happy with Meridian's service. I was in for a weekend in September. The service was amazing. Linemet met us at the plan, unloaded the bags and took us to their beautiful terminal. Prompt, professional and competent at the desk helped to arrange ground transport to the city. We took 30 gallons of gas and they waived 2 nights of tie-down. Great area for pre-planning flight and my passengers had a nice lounge to wait in as I got the plane ready. I'll be back!

From Dave Lawrence on 30-Nov-2009

DO NOT VISIT!! Best fuel prices on the field but they broke my plane and will not pay and will not call their insurance company. Careless linesman oversteered my Mooney with a powered tug and broke my nose gear. President of company won't do anything. DO NOT VISIT!!!!

From Andy Lundgren on 12-Nov-2009

GREAT FBO - I can safely say this is the best FBO on the field - with the amount of service and attention I received with the lowest 100LL fuel prices AND an extremely modern facility, I don't have to see the competition to know I'll be back to Meridian when flying into TEB!

From Jerry Green on 18-Oct-2009

We had a good experience at Meridian. They waive the parking fee for one night if you buy 15 gal. Of fuel. We needed 28 to top off the airplane. They waived the fee for both nights we were with them. Prompt and courteous service.

From Troy Townsend on 10-Oct-2009

We were small potatoes flying our RV10 into Teterboro among the business jets, but Meridian made us feel very welcome. It was extremely windy and none of the FBO's have tie downs, just chocks. Meridian put our plane inside a beautiful hangar for us for 2 nights for a very reasonable charge. This is the FBO to go to for Teterboro period.

From James Hopkinson on 21-Aug-2009

Flew my T210 into TEB Meridian for a long weekend with my family in NYC. Service was very prompt and professional. Without prior notice they had arranged for a car to our hotel in Midtown and we were very quickly enjoying our trip. On our return, we found our aircraft serviced as requested and brought up front for easy loading of luggage and our departure. The new facility is quite an improvement and my family was quite comfortable while they waited for me to make final checks of weather and to complete my preflight. If you are heading to NYC, this is the place to stop.

From Reid Ashe on 24-Jul-2009

First rate service by any standard at reasonable prices by local standards. This is the FBO to use. There's no ramp fee if you buy minimal fuel. They came quickly to fetch us at the Teterboro train station, handled a catering order flawlessly and handled the fueling and parking very professionally. The facility is first-rate.

From Scott Dyer on 08-Jul-2009

Was into Meridian at TEB last month 2x on one day in a 210, excellent and fast handling both times. The desk folks were quite pleasant. Note that the minimum fuel purchase is good for the whole day...No need to buy each time you hit their ramp on a given day. I seldom gush about FBO service, but left TEB smiling and quite happy with Meridian's service.

From Kevin Brady on 06-Jul-2009

Don't go to New York to save money. That being said the folks at Meridian made us feel quite welcome. I contacted Victor a few days before our arrival and asked if he could have car ready to take us to the Time Square area Renaissance Hotel. Victor was most helpful and the car was nice and on time. We were greeted promptly by three line guys one of which had a luggage cart in tow and promptly unloaded our bags and took them to the waiting car. The $50 per night ramp fee is waived for each 15 gallons of fuel you purchase. Our Cirrus SR22 needed 51 gallons so three of our four nights were free. If you need to go to Manhattan TEB is the airport to use. If you land at TEB the folks at Meridian will take great care of you and make even folks from the south feel right at home. Be aware ATC will throw you a 7 point departure clearance and you will most likely get to fly the entire clearance. Thanks to Victor and the gang at Meridian for making our stay a good one.

From Kelvin Draughon on 19-Jun-2009

I have been into Meridian TEB twice (in a C182) in the past 6 months. Superb service both times. The staff is very personable and professional.

From Daniel Wiley on 30-Apr-2009

Had a great experience with Meridian. I called ahead and alerted them to my arrival (which is a big plus), and they were ready for us. We disembarked our piston single right in front of the main FBO door, they handled the fuel request quickly and provided a complimentary shuttle to our hotel. Top-notch service - we felt like we had landed a Gulfstream for the quality of service. $50 parking fee was waived with fuel purchase of 15 gallons, and prices were very reasonable compared with other FBOs at Teterboro - we'll be back!

From Jason Davis on 15-Dec-2008

I would like to thanks Ms. Parveen for her personal attention to customer service and overall friendliness. She was a breath of fresh air! Betsy, please take note.... You have a keeper. Thanks again Meridian TEB for the outstanding service from EVERYONE!

From D. Willis on 12-Dec-2008

After a horrific experience at Signature, we finally had enough and decided to try Meridian. We feel dumb for having waited to try them out, as the service was top-notch! From Victor and MaryAnn at the counter to the maintenance and line service personnel, everyone we encountered went out of their way to help us. These are sincerely nice people at Meridian who truly want to help!

From Brett Zefting on 10-Nov-2008

Anthony 2 Meridian made our trip to the city an easy stop. We were treated like kings in our piston single. I was in Times Square 45 minutes after shutdown. Will definitely stop again. $50 landing fee includes overnight stay, waived with fuel purchase (15 gal). The $8 per gallon 100LL pretty much covers the waived fee though. $3.50 bus ride and a courtesy shuttle get you back to TEB from Manhattan. Thanks again.

From Jim Clark on 09-Nov-2008

Cessna 182 - Monday morning day trip into KTEB. Called Meridian and they where very helpful, good staff, great service. The other details.... Meridian waives a $75 dollar ramp fee for a minimum 15-gallon purchase. Gas was $7.95 @ gallon (Nov 3 2008), others at KTEB where $3.95 to $6.50 a gallon BUT they also charge a ramp fee and do not waive on gas purchase. The port authority charges an additional $15 dollar landing fee, which they send in the mail. Taxi from Meridian to NYC (Madison Ave) was $80 a rental car was $45 for the day. Overall good experience.

From John Rudolph on 31-Aug-2008

The Meridian team absolutely shined during our stay with you this past weekend. Anthony took excellent care of us, making it a mission to get our passengers hotel rooms in Manhattan at the last possible minute. Thank you, Anthony, for the excellent service you gave to us. By far, of all the FBO's I've flown into, the BEST I'VE EVER USED. Keep up the great work. Until next time - Rudy.

From Glenn Bergeron on 16-Jul-2008

Flew into KTEB/Meridian (nee' MillionAir) on a college orientation excursion (St.Peter's in Jersey City). Chose KTEB for proximity to hotel and NJTransit Rail. Great experience at a terribly-busy airport. Got held out of the Class D for 20 minutes but a little slow flight made for an easy VFR approach. Meridian took me in without any advance notice - probably recommended just to ensure service along with the jet jockeys. Fuel pricy but expected. Waived the ramp fee (2-day stayover) with the fuel. Provided free shuttle to Holiday Inn-Hasbrouck. Anthony at the front desk was very cordial and great help to me and my son. Will definitely be back.
