Stopped at this airport for fuel. There wasn't a soul to be seen and not a single sign anywhere. I know I was at the right airport though. I was able to find the ladder in the equipment shed to the right of the fuel farm and used the Jet-A grounding cable. Getting into the FBO wasn't hard with the number gizmo on the door. I forget the code but it worked and I was able to use the men's room there. All in all a good stop. Splash and go.

I am based at KYEL. I used the 100LL pump about 2 weeks ago and the ground cable was stuck then, however the jet-a ground works fine it is very long and the ladder is in the little building next to the pumps. Someone needs (maybe me) should put a sign on door to the little building.

I stopped in TEL this morning to gas up my plane. The price was $3.60, as noted in AirNav. The ground cable is still stuck, but I was able to pull the nose of the plane under the roof of the shed to ground to the exhaust stack. There was no ladder to be found and that is a real nuisance for those of us with high wing planes.
