Choose Mason based on fuel price and location near Spartan Stadium. Excellent facilities, fuel pump worked fine for me. Will return here and also use Mason as a refueling stop on longer trips, like for Madison next weekend.

I think they finally fixed the pump! It worked perfectly for the first time in my recollection over the past few years. Almost always the lowest price around.

Stopped in yesterday evening. The gas nozzle leaks and if you do not know it, like I did not, you get gas on your wing. As mentioned by others, the pump acts erratic, but it worked. The FBO really should fix the nozzle though.

I concur about the pump being a bit weird. Fuel starts out at a high flow rate then drops off to about nothing for a few seconds. Just keep squeezing the nozzle handle and it comes back. This surge/lag cycle happens several times but the pump worked well for me. Very friendly folks, though no one on the radio to direct me to overnight tie down. There are no tiedown rings on the large ramp by the terminal. for transient tiedown you have to taxi from the large ramp, turn left on the parallel, then first left taxiway. There are about 10 paved narrow spots back there with rings, no ropes. Some of the pavement is rough, I recommend walking the tiedown spot before taxiing into it.
