Excellent service! Brought the family to KTIX for a cruise and Bristow was wonderful. They stayed open for an extra 3 hours for our late arrival and were all smiles. Note, however, that they have MOVED to a new location a little farther south on the ramp in a very nice new building.

I made a comment a year ago and the service provided by Troy, Korey, Angel, Michelle, DJ and all the staff at the FBO is still excellent - definitely above and beyond. The down side is that if you have a mechanical issue with your plane, Bristow will not work on it because they are a helicopter only repair shop. I had a bad battery last Friday and needed a mechanic to put in a new one that I'd gotten at another airport. One of the Bristow helicopter A&P's, who is also qualified to work on a plane, agreed to come in Saturday morning and do that for me off the clock -but he was a no show - I ended up putting it in myself. If it had been a serious mechanical issue it would have been a real problem.

Great service in light of busy day ahead of STS-135 launch. Very helpful staff with rental car. Line staff brought our bags in via golf cart. Same courtesy and friendliness upon departure. Excellent FBO.

Very nice FBO, and there's an outstanding museum (Veterans' Aircraft Command) on the field. Restaurant is closed, but still a very nice place to go.

Great FBO! We flew in for STS-133 (which, unfortunately, didn't launch while we were there!) and the staff at Bristow treated us wonderfully.

Bristow was great for us to use for a cruise just as it was for the prior comment. Used Enterprise for car rental and that worked well also.

Flew in and parked for the week to board a cruise (C-310). Line staff waiting with a luggage cart and willing to provide anything we needed for a family of six. Returned from the cruise, easy arrival by taxi, paid for fuel and we headed home (back to reality). Taking a cruise or visiting Kennedy Space Center, this is the place.

Came into KTIX recently because of the cruise port. Bristow could not have been any better. Facilities were clean & service was great. Will use this FBO again.

I had sent a fax that I was coming, but didn't expect three people waiting for me at my ramp spot -- taxi director plus two folks with a luggage cart. While I was registering, they packed the luggage in the waiting rental car. It's never been easier than this! On departure, I took the cart to my car to begin unloading it, and someone from inside saw me and came out to help -- and pushed the cart for me to my plane. Free sodas and snacks. Service wasn't at all perfunctory -- everyone there was obviously pleased to be helping. What a great FBO.

My experience with Bristow has always been excellent. Nice, friendly people and reasonable fuel prices. We will definitely be back and would highly recommend.

Arrived late in a driving rainstorm. Line guys came out in the rain to the plane and helped with the bags and passengers. The covered walkway was nice to keep us dry to the FBO. Very helpful and wouldn't even let us touch our bags. They even loaded them in the car for us. We will be back for STS-127 attempt #3 and will use Bristow for sure after trying both FBO's on the field.

Flew into TIX for a meeting and the folks at Bristow could not have been more helpful. I had called the day before asking about the availability of a taxi and they had one waiting when I landed. Nice FBO, nice people and good gas prices.

Flew into KTIX on 5-9-09 and was greeted on the ramp by the staff. A great group of people who were very helpful and friendly. They had our rental car ready and waiting for our day trip to NASA and offered to help carry anything we needed to the car. The fuel prices are very reasonable. I'll definitely be back. Thanks Folks!

Change in plans during spring break led us into TIX and Bristow to visit the space center. Absolutely excellent service by all. High marks for all especially for Andrea who made hotel/car reservations for us. I would go out of my way to visit this airport and FBO again. We had been to Destin and Key West.... They should have gone to the same school as Bristow. Thanks very much!

Flew into TIX on 3-7-09 to go to Kennedy Space Center for the day. The service at Bristow Air Center was outstanding. They had a rental car waiting and complimentary drinks and snacks in the FBO. On return from Kennedy the plane was fueled and ready to go. I highly recommend Bristow. Thanks for the great service - N362JV

Nice FBO, very friendly staff, was very helpful including giving us a nice crew car and giving us directions to a very nice and suitable restaurant, exactly what we were looking for. Good fuel prices, and good atmosphere and convenience, nice approach to landing over the water, really close to Cape Canaveral.. Will definitely be back!
