Had a great arrival and departure experience at Reliance. Great line crew, helps with baggage, water, even offered my daughter a golf cart ride out to say goodbye, as her Uber was about to show up. I thought $30 overnight was a bit high, with no first night waive for a top off, but it was what it was. I would go back.

Caribbean Flying Adventures organizes Fly Ins to the Caribbean Islands including Cuba. We have used Reliance Aviation at KTMB as our launch pad for four recent 15 planes escorted Flying Adventures to the Caribbean. The service has been consistently superlative with extra efforts included to transport us to the nearby hotel, have staff available for our very early morning departures, fuel discounts, smiling, friendly, over-the-top counter and ramp services and an open-ended willingness to help with special needs. Imagine juggling 15 planes that need to leave right now! This is what an FBO should be - and Reliance is an FBO that does just that. Thank you.

Could be a lot better! When you are marshaled in, line guys are usually available (sometimes not, and keep you guessing as to where to park) ALWAYS meet you with a smile, good attitude, and ready to fuel up/help.... But I can't tell you how many times a golf cart pulls up and never takes you to the terminal or helps with your bags; really disappointing. CSR could not process any of my credit cards for my fuel purchases... Three corporate cards declined? Concerned, I called credit card companies... All were operational, not blocked, etc. There seems to be a turnover and lack of experience with CSR... Again, disappointing. The front lobby, albeit open, is very bland and uninviting. I support this FBO to the other price-gouging conglomerates on the field and truly think they are the best on the field. There's room for improvement from the top down; I've been there though the FBO twice in four days... Manager was training CSRs during my visits, but never introduced himself. Shame.Response from Brad Nojaim, General Manager, Reliance Aviation Miami Mr. Cipcic, I enjoyed speaking with you and Mr. Parker on Monday when you visited Reliance Aviation and apologize if I neglected to formally introduce myself. I am glad you like the new open concept of our recently renovated lobby. We are still in the process of completing the decorating and very much look forward to the final product. Reliance Aviation is growing and we continue to bring in talented people to join our team. Our goal is to provide our customers with the best experience possible and we look forward to welcoming you back on your next visit to Miami.
