Used Reliance on an overnight stay and couldn't have been happier with the way I was treated. The FBO is warm and inviting, the plane was ready when I needed it, the service was prompt, and Ana was one of the nicest and most professional people I have run into at FBOs across the country. 3/4/12 showed up unexpected due to wx with a large jet. All the ramp guys went above and beyond to help us out. My partner said the customer service gals were just as helpful. Reliance Aviation is the place to go.

I was at Tamiami for a 135 checkride with the Feds. Anna was really friendly and helpful. Checkrides are always stressful no matter how many times you do them. Good customer service and a friendly greeting help keep things relaxed! Thanks.

I have been coming here for a couple years now and have never been disappointed. Extreme courtesy and professionalism from all concerned. The manager, Brad and lovely Anna go out of their way to help me and make me feel like family. On my last trip I had 4 ground crewmen surrounding me before I even shut down: arranging for fueling, helping with the cover, offering to get my luggage and just generally greeting me like an old friend. Stopping here is like stopping at your family's house. Thank you Reliance!

We arrived July 11 2010 with our Aztec. We did not need fuel. They gave us a crew car for 3 1/2 hours. Eileen welcomed us behind the desk like we were royalty. The lineman was both knowledgeable and courteous. When I asked what I owed for my stay, the reply was NO CHARGE. WOW
