Flew in because of LAL being closed for Sun N Fun. Very courteous service and line personal were excellent. Very fast turn around, I would highly recommend Atlas and the O Knight airport to anyone.

I called days before my trip to Tampa. Landed on Saturday morning to make our cruise and had arranged for the people at Atlas were going to take us to the dock. I was told I would have to get a taxi because they did not have the people to take us to the dock. After a 20+ minute a flight instructor decided he would take us over to the dock. We got as close as dock#2. We were going out of dock #3. Got all our luggage out and walked about a half mile and made our cruise. I was told to call Atlas when we got back on Thursday and they would pick us at dock#3. That did not happen either. Again, I was told that they did not have the staff available and we would have to get a taxi. Got a taxi and went in and paid for the tiedown (paid for fuel the Saturday before) and got in my plane and flew home. I would call this not a very good experience. It was not the service I had set up or expected.

The FBO lobby was nice and they are making it nicer. Friendly staff, dropped off and they helped get our 6 passengers on their way. This is what good service is about! : )

The Atlas Aviation team has been outstanding with full service support. Aside from a great maintenance facility and line service, the team has been very helpful through the difficulties caused by the RNC and tropical storm Isaac. Thanks again!

After my crew and I landed here in our fully loaded C-17, we realized what a lovely airport this really was. As we back taxied on Runway 22, we noticed Atlas Aviation was in the distance and decided to shut down each of our four engines. Upon getting out, we realized that this was indeed NOT where we had parked our car. The staff was both friendly and knowledgeable, and pointed us in the right direction; the general consensus was about 4NM to the Southwest. They let us use their crew car and kindly lent us a GPS in case we were to get lost again. Much thanks to the wonderful crew at Atlas Aviation!

This is an excellent FBO. We have been here almost a week and they help us out with fuel, oil and tying down the plane. The ramp fees are $12/day and worth it. For $25/day they will hangar your plan. Caution.... Flying in and out of Peter O can be tricky with the McDill airspace. Get real familiar with the airspace so you don't get shot out of the sky :)

This is an extremely GA-friendly airport/FBO. The airport is extremely convenient to downtown Tampa; the setting on Old Hillsborough Bay is lovely; the terminal is clean and modern; the staff are all excellent and attentive. Calling ahead insures availability of the crew car.

Flew in for lunch with a group of five in three airplanes. The original plan was to use the courtesy car and go to Kojak's (on Gandy Blvd) for some BBQ ribs. Since the car was unavailable, Bob the FBO Manager took us to Estrellas down the street for Mexican food. Thanks Bob! We'll be back.

There is a lot of activity at this airport, and for a new person arriving one needs to aware of the high traffic and the fact that MacDill AFB is just a few miles to the south. On my initial approach coming clock-wise around Tampa Class C, I initially thought that MacDill AFB was KTPF, but thankfully my GPS alerted me that I was less than a mile from KTPF.

At my own suggestion, I returned to Peter O Knight and Atlas Aviation for another trip to Tampa. My landing hastened the demise of my Mooney's mains on the first half of a Sunday, one-day round trip. Resigned to the likelihood that I would be stuck for the night, I asked Debbie at the counter if she thought I could find help on a Sunday. One call to the manager, Bob Arbuthnot, was all it took to locate the tires I needed and to line up Nick, the weekend mechanic. After completing the mission for my trip, I returned to Peter O Knight to find Nick wrapping up my impromptu tire replacement project. It would have been very easy to say, "you will have to wait until tomorrow", but the team at Atlas Aviation went the extra mile to keep my travel plans on track. THANK YOU!

Did a quick pick up of a buddy on way to South Dakota pheasant hunting and they were efficient and friendly. Gas price is typical of big city airports. Service and great location help compensate for the gas.

Incredibly convenient GA airport right in the middle of Tampa, FL. Very nice FBO facility staffed with very friendly people. Presently undergoing some construction work on their apron, so call Unicom for clear taxi instructions to avoid conflicts. I will be back!

Cessna Service Center - Dawn is outstanding and should be commended for going above and beyond in terms of customer service. Needed a battery over the weekend at KPIE and Dawn not only sourced the part for us but guided us to Atlas to pick up the part and attempted to coordinate having it flown over to us. Thanks Dawn!!
