February 17, 2013 I would rather get treated poorly for a better fuel price. For 100 low lead Thermal Aviation's price is a dollar $1.13 less per gallon. Don't waste your time, Go to Thermal Aviation five minutes down the taxiway

Flew out to TRM today in a friend's King Air to pick up another associate of ours. Just a routine flight with ONE exception...That exception being the FBO we went to at Thermal, Tradition Aviation. I have to say...Tradition Aviation is anything but "traditional"...They are truly EXCEPTIONAL!!! In 40 years of commercial flying, I don't think I've ever been treated better or more warmly received than we were today. Ann Goodwyn and her team at Tradition have set the Gold Standard for FBO's. They might not have the biggest facility you'll ever see but if your experience is anything like ours, you won't find an FBO with friendlier people or a better attitude. Thank you Tradition for an absolutely WONDERFUL experience!

Literally dropped in to KTRM with a bad engine in flight and asked about maintenance and the great folks at Tradition turned me over to Chris at Sterling Jet Service in the hangar next door. Can't say enough good things about Sterling. They got right on the problem, had the parts ordered in 2 hours. Got the parts in the next day and they started replacing the cylinder. Left the next morning with a good running engine. These folks are GREAT. The FBO is very professional, gives out more than it receives. Really a great place to stop.

Flew in for a weekend visit. The trip got off to a great start with a hug from the staff at Tradition as soon as we landed. Car was ready and staff was friendly. Took great care of us. I previously used PSP. From now on, I'll head to TRM and Tradition. Good folks.

I was in Las Vegas with a friend who knew the people at Tradition Aviation and he wanted to visit them. What a great place with wonderful staff. We were truly treated like royalty in my little Bonanza. Being based in Central Indiana I may never get back to TRM but I would encourage all to give this place a try. You will not be sorry.
