We were at Ronson dropping off last night. Line was good and quick getting us fuel and a GPU. Bought $1000 worth of gas and still had a landing fee... Check out my whole review and some pictures at FBOgo.com

I flew in yesterday on a PilotsNPaws flight. Lady behind the counter was very nice as were the line personnel. I did get hit with a landing fee. I mentioned that it was a charity flight and the nice lady said she could not waive the fee as the GM told her that all flights even charity will be charged. It was a small amount of money but c'mon guys its a charity. Otherwise, it was a very nice airport and the controllers were great.

I would like to commend Ronson Aviation and particularly the GM, Wolcott Blair for being responsive. I flew an animal rescue mission last weekend, which necessitated a fuel purchase at TTN. I asked about mercy mission fuel discounts and was told that Ronson doesn't offer them. I was put in touch with Mr. Blair who responded immediately to my message and said he would give a fuel discount substantially greater than what I told him was usual. I was very impressed with how quickly he responded. Based upon the other comments I've read, it seems that they really do pay attention to the little guys as well as the big guys. Thanks. I might also mention that the water bowl they provided for our thirsty canine passengers was the biggest and best water bowl I've ever seen!!

Right after I posted the previous comment the manager e-mailed me and we had a very nice conversation as to how things might change. Another crew of ours showed up yesterday and said things have changed for the best! It's really nice to see a company go the extra mile when there are problems instead of ignoring them. Thanks so much guys! I'm excited to come back and scope it out.

It seems that every time we come in here (about once a month) that our pax's rental car is never ready. Instead of being able to hop off the plane and get on their way, they are stuck in the lobby waiting for the (typically unfriendly) customer service reps slowly figuring out rental information. We call 20 minutes out every time with the hopes that it would be ready but it appears that it's just asking too much. Shame they are the only game in town :(

Beware!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Now charging a Landing and ramp fee even though just picking up one person (did not even shut down).

I visit TTN at least once a month to visit family. I always tie down at Ronson and have always received great customer service even though I am just a little guy (Mooney). Fuel prices are more than what I pay in VA, but reasonable for the NE. Give Ronson a try.

I recently had the opportunity to interact with Ronson Aviation and it's General Manager, Wolcott Blair. The high level of personal customer service was extremely impressive and I remain greatly appreciative. I would highly recommend Ronson Aviation and Wolcott Blair.

Flew into Trenton twice this past week for fuel and once for an overnight due to company needs. Both visits were marked by poor to nil assistance by line service. On our first visit on 10/6/10, we pulled onto the ramp not knowing where to park. We observed 3 line techs hanging out by a tug, watching us taxi on the ramp. Seeing as they really weren't concerned where we parked, we weren't either, pulling up to an open spot and shutting down. There were no chocks around to put on the plane. On our second visit, no line service was on the ramp. Luckily the plane was fueled and ready to go the next morning. I know I'm only in a Piper, but we do like to feel like we're welcome when we visit a FBO.

Regarding my previous post about poor customer service, I received correspondence from the General Manager and was told he would work to improve his (the FBO's) control over rental cars... I hope he is successful.

An update regarding our previous visit to Ronson Aviation - The facility manager Mr. Blair made an effort to personally hear about our operation and what they could do to improve their customer service for all operators who may visit. Nice to see a proactive response. Looking forward to facility updates as well.

No help in obtaining a rental car. High gas and Hangar overnight... Going to a nearby airport instead!!!

From Luke Krepsky on 04-Aug-2010

We had another experience at TTN. Line service is fine, airport is fine, consistently terrible customer service. I know enough not to expect friendly service, and was not disappointed. Facility is still in need of updates as well. An overall unpleasant experience.

Very friendly staff, and great line personnel. Having to spend the whole day waiting for passengers I am glad the crew car was available. My only complaint is the TV... A dozen or so Large jets out on the ramp all buying fuel, and I am sitting in the crew lounge trying to watch a TV from 1985??? One top off would clear plenty of money for a new TV.
