Far and away the BEST FBO we've visited in years, and best CUSTOMER SERVICE we have ever experienced. We diverted KTUL in our Challenger 601 due to weather in OKC. It being after hours (1am), we were concerned no facility would be open and able to assist. Ashley took our call and promptly reopened her facility, meeting us planeside as we were taxiing in. Hotels, rental cars and passenger transportation were taking care of at a moments notice! As if they were an extension of our flight department, they made, what was turning into a nightmare of a night, a turnkey, very pleasant visit. While operating everything from 172's to heavy aircraft worldwide, we've been through thousands of FBO's and not ONE has provided the level of service combined with the value we all look for as Legacy Jet Center did. FANTASTIC new facility, UNBEATABLE prices, no nagging fees, and SUPERB customer service. Thank you Ashley and the crew for all your help. We will be back!!

This is an outstanding FBO. Pilots lounge, sleep rooms, nice formal sitting area. Without a doubt we will be back again!

I wanted to take the opportunity to thank Legacy and their dedicated employees for great services and handling. On our recent stop, Legacy employees went out of their way to shuttle our "16 paxs" to the terminal to get food. Thanks Cynthia! On another stop, we called thirty minutes out and ordered BBQ pork sandwiches and the food was ready when we landed. The staff at Legacy are true professionals!!!

Ashley did a wonderful job setting up last minute details such as car rental for our passengers & crew rooms for ourselves. When we arrived, Rory was very attentive to our passengers as well as myself. Hannah was very polite and helpful when we arrived the next morning from our hotel. This is one fantastic FBO with the greatest staff Awesome !!!!! Thank You.

This FBO has a great CSR staff and the line guys are always great helping us with our passenger’s bags. Their facility is brand new extremely nice! Definitely will come back to this FBO!

One of the top FBO's we have used in a long time. Great quick turn, catering, customer service and fuel price from the entire staff on a recent coast-to-coast fuel stop. Great location on the airport, very little taxi time. Passengers loved the catering, the impressive building and the professional ammenities. You will not be disappointed with this great FBO! It's about time Tulsa. Legacy will rate among the very top FBO'S in the country as more pilots discover them.

First customer, just open but Curtis and Shelly were on top of things, rental and crew cars waiting on the ramp. Everything should be up and running in a few days I recommend that you check them out. Great facilities and location.
