Inexperienced incompetent line help. Never again. Three tries all bad.

Great fuel prices but don't bother going there if you have a taildragger and need a hangar overnight. Their unwaivable policy apparently is no taildraggers in the hangars. I will not go back.

Great service, easy in & out from 18R-36L, great fuel price. Pleasant folks that make for a pleasant stop.

Nice historic building, line/office personnel and lower fuel prices than other FBOs on the field. However the management would not allow a local shop I have been working with to solve a frustrating starter problem to remove and replace the starter on my Beech while on their vast acres of ramp. I recommend the other facilities on the field even if their fuel is more expensive.

Beautiful facility. Flew in so my passenger could make a sales call... One of the linemen drove him to his meeting. I lounged in the Pilot's Lounge, which is first-class. Fuel price is very cheap so I filled up.

Always-good service and the best fuel prices on the field. But if you are not flying a Beechcraft, don't expect to have any maintenance done. They wouldn't even change a position light bulb on my Columbia. I got a bulb and changed it myself, took 5 minutes. They are still a first class operation.

The service was great yesterday. I needed a power boost and got one right away. Please check your fuel prices on AirNav. You're advertising $3.50/gal for 100LL. I was charged $3.55. Small difference, I know.

Beautiful facility. Pilot's lounge, pool table, numerous TVs, Internet work area, snooze room, free coffee, cookies, water. Staff was very helpful, and the cheapest gas on our 4300NM trip.

Stopped at Tulsair on my way back from Wisconsin for the cheap gas price. I found out about them on AirNav. I actually called the FBO the night before I flew in just because I couldn't believe that an FBO in an airport this large (class C) would offer avgas that cheaply. Not only was the line staff very friendly, the FBO very clean and well appointed with free internet access, cookies, gourmet coffee and espresso made by the cup, beautiful pilot's lounge with TV and comfy lounge chairs and vending machines available but the avgas was $4.00/gal! My home airport in Waco, TX sells avgas at $5.80/gal. In fact, the avgas price was $4.10/gal that day but was supposed to drop to $4.00/gal the next day, so they gave me that price instead of the $4.10/gal. How's that for friendly? And this is full service, not self service. I fly to Wisconsin several times a year and you can bet they are on my list of "must stop here" places.

Michael Dittmer, Assistant Service Manager, went out of his way to help diagnose a mechanical issue with our Bonanza. Thanks Mike.

This is a great FBO. They are certainly service oriented. I have dropped off and picked up passengers many times. Sometimes buying fuel and sometimes not and the service and friendly attitude is always the same. The bathrooms are spotless according to my wife. (A high endorsement)

Diverted to Tulsa b/c of weather. FBO very friendly & helpful arranging discounts for rental car and hotel at Hilton Garden Inn at the airport. Arranged hangar overnight and fuel for less than I expected ($3.99/gal). Gave us directions to an area with many good restaurants. Internet service at FBO helpful for weather planning. Overall a very positive experience for Centurion 5537C.
