These people at TVR are like family! I came in here in a Turbine Legend on June 25th for fuel, but had experienced a low oil pressure warning also (which turned out to be a faulty transducer). In the course of problem solving, Herman, the Line Supervisor, helped decowl, then helped recowl the a/c, Dan Fordice helped with tools, Steve "Putt" Martin cleaned an oil filter then put a mechanical oil pressure line on to verify pressure, and Gary Estes helped move the a/c into a hangar with his "tug". Incredible! Everybody more than happy to help. The United States could take a lesson in the mastery of "Southern Hospitality" from these people. They are welcome in my home anytime!

This airport is an exceptional fuel stop! The price of AVGAS is the cheapest around and it's all full service! The line guy was extremely helpful, courteous, and professional, he even gave me a cold bottle of water from his own stash for the rest of my trip to Houston. Will definitely stop here again.

Dexter was extremely helpful. One of the most enjoyable stops we have made to any airport. Do plan to stop here for fuel or just a quick trip to visit the historic sites across the river on a Sunday afternoon.

The airport and facility are completely adequate for a King Air full of hunting gear, and the staff is friendly and helpful. I had some trouble getting a rental car, and Herman went the extra mile to make sure I was taken care of.

Brought passengers into Tallulah on the afternoon of 1/12 and had to wait a few hours for their return. Comfortable FBO with Internet, cable television, clean facilities, fair fuel prices and a nice reliable courtesy car. The line guy, Herman, is very friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend this airport/FBO.

Field is attended 7 am to 7 pm. Fuel is very reasonable, and the line guy is great. They have a crew car, and are willing to leave it out on the ramp if you are coming in late (and someone else doesn't beat you to it!). An excellent fuel stop on a cross country flight.

Stopped at TVR in our RV-6 on our way to Pensacola (82J) from NW Arkansas on Oct 2. Met by Herman who gave great service with lowest fuel price in the region. I made sure that we stopped on the trip back Oct 7. I highly recommend this airport with a new parallel east taxiway and great facilities.

Currently home of one of the LOWEST Avgas prices in the area. Ramp attended 7-7, which really comes in handy. Always friendly, competent service when I stop in. Plus Martin Aviation, located on the field, is a real asset for the airport with its highly capable mx facility and mechanics. Martin Av can provide full service maintenance for every airframe from Champs to Cheyenne’s, including high performance Warbirds (T-6, F4U, P-51, B-25, etc.). I strongly recommend getting routine and unplanned maintenance on your plane performed there. I do.

Stopped here on April 27 in a Citation Jet. Asked for a top off with Jet-A. When presented with the bill it showed we took 400+ gallons. I told the fueler that was impossible and that it could only have taken a little more than 300 gallons. He insisted that he was right but agreed to check the meter on his truck. When he returned, he said that he had forgotten to reset his meter after the prior refueling and that the actual gallons were 332. This still seemed a bit high but there was no option but to accept this number. If this was a mistake, it shows a lack of skill and professionalism. I'd hate to think it wasn't a mistake. I wonder if this has happened before and not noticed by the pilot.

Stopped several times for charts and fuel, always was very promptly serviced and will always come back. A great alternative for VKS until they get their new building completed.

Stopped for fuel enroute to Houston 7/10/09. Prompt, friendly service & fuel cheaper than the Vicksburg, MS apt. (This one is in LA). Recommended.

What a great stop. FS fuel from friendly folks for reasonable prices. They are upgrading the runway/taxiways, so I anticipate coming back even more often on x-countries when that is done.
