Though a bit pricey for Avgas, the staff was really helpful and the FBO was nice with clean restrooms and lounge facilities including big screen TV. Shuttle service is available to many nearby hotels. I ferry light aircraft all over the country and will stop in again when in the area.

After traveling from NC in a J-3 for 2 days on a ferry flight, this place was great. The tower was very helpful in dealing with us on a noisy handheld and the FBO staff was great from office to line. Fueled airplane accordingly, gave a great suggestion for hotel/dinner, and hangared the airplane with no hassle. Had the airplane pulled out the next morning and treated our little J-3 like we were royalty. Great place.

I stopped in today after a short flight from Louisiana just to have lunch with my friend. I was on the ground about 4 hours. I was very disappointed when informed by the desk attendant that unless I purchased 20 gallons of fuel I would be charged a $30.00 facility fee. Since my tanks were almost full I had no room for fuel. I told the attendant that I was just stopping in for lunch. It didn't matter to him I still had to pay. Its not that $30.00 is the end of the world but how about some common sense!! Anyway, to make matters worse when I came back from lunch my plane was parked 200 yards away, it was 99 degrees outside, and not one person offered to help me or bring my plane back to the terminal. As a matter of fact no one spoke to me even as they let me out of the door twice. The facility is nice, restrooms are very clean, but good judgment and common sense seemed in short supply. Sorry, but today was a bad experience.

Trip back from Nashville Arkansas needed fuel. SS Fuel would not work. FBO visa card would not work. Ended up giving what cash on hand to get enough fuel to fly to 00R (Livingston TX). After landing proceeded to pumps, used the same debit card and fill the plane. If this had been after hours and needing fuel to continue flight been SOL.Response from David Edwards, Marketing Director, TAC Air In the unlikely event a self-service pump is not properly functioning, TAC Air provides full service fuel at the posted self-service price and did so for this particular transaction. The card reader inside is verified to have been functioning properly at all times. Repairs were immediately completed by our data provider on what was determined to have been an intermittent problem with the data provider's service to the self-service pump.

Great stop! The terminal is really nice, clean rest rooms, flight-planning computers available. Runways are in excellent condition, tower staff is excellent to work with. As you would expect from TAC Air, both their line and office staff are excellent. Rachel was friendly & helpful & quickly had the rental car delivered. Take the time to go to the nearby Nat. Park Service President William J Clinton 1st Home in Hope. Big Jake's has great Bar B Que for lunch or dinner! I'll be back for sure.

Flew with some friends from Sherman to attend a High School football game. TAC Air group provided excellent service. They had the rental car ready at a reasonable price. They stayed open extra late on a Friday night to be there for us after the game.

Stopped at KTXK for fuel and food. Crew pulled courtesy car to entry way with air on. Provided direction to Bryce cafeteria for a great lunch. The facility is comodious, cool and everyone was helpful and kind. My Cherokee was topped off and positioned for departure. Great full service FBO. We stopped at KTXK ON OUR RETURN FLIGHT from Branson.

Very good experience. Quick, kind, and full-service. Tied-down overnight without a fee when storms kept me on the ground. Highly recommended.

Landed for fuel on trip to Nashville. Kelly behind the desk and Thomas on the line were great. Based on AirNav user recommendation borrowed a courtesy car for a trip to Big Jake's Bar-B-Q. Excellent BBQ will definitely be back to TAC Air and Jake's.

Great FBO. I flew in late and decided to spend the night instead of completing the next leg in the dark. Stephen (the line guy) arranged for the hotel to pick me up and waited with me after hours until the hotel van arrived. Great service!

Great staff and FBO, I would stop by again. This is not the fault of the FBO, but my compact (PT Cruiser) rental car that I requested without asking for price was outrageous at $85 for a day. I have to pick FBOs with rental car services so I would like to ask this FBO to find another rental car company.

Stopped in late on the 28th in our Cessna 421 to pick up stranded friends whose Cirrus took an electrical 'nap'. Amy & all the line crew took great care of the 'refugees' and gave a quick turn with a smile. Top-notch team and facility.

Stopped in in a Colt. The tower was nice and helpful. I think TAC Air has a $10 ramp fee if you don't buy fuel. But self-serve is way down the ramp and you can use that. Nice FBO girl though.
