Based on prior comments, I was surprised that I wasn't met by a line person when I arrived. The reason became clear when I walked in: he was sleeping on the couch in the lobby. I talked with the desk person, who tried to roust him, but he's apparently a good sleeper. In any case, I asked that they fuel my airplane so it'd be ready to go when I returned several hours alter. The desk person said she could make sure it was done, but when I returned at 10 p.M., the airplane hadn't been fueled. Fortunately I had enough fuel to return to Seattle, because the line guy apparently never awoke from his nap.

Stopped in at Aurora Aviation on 12/4/07 to await improving weather along my route. Even though I needed only 5 gallons, the lineman rolled out a red carpet. Very friendly and efficient. Even the office staff was cheerful and friendly despite my ride being just a lowly C-152. Along my flight from near Houston to BLI, this was the most pleasant stop. Great job!

Best thing about this FBO: free wireless Internet so bring your laptop. Also a decent lounge area where you can catch the football game.

I flew to UAO on August 28, 2006, and as I was doing my run up for departing the airport, I had a significant RPM drop on the right mag. I depleted all of my knowledge quickly and sought help from Aurora Aviation. The guys at the FBO were extremely helpful and dialed up the maintenance shop for me. The shop said to bring the airplane over and Aurora offered to tow the airplane to their shop. Within about an hour, I was ready to go after they found a bad plug. A new one was installed and I was on my way back home with minimal delay. The folks took care of my problem with no hint of being a problem for them by taking their time away from other maintenance. Excellent Service from Aurora!!

I landed at the Aurora airport for the first time ever a few weeks ago, and I used Aurora Aviation. I was very pleased with their service and will use them again for sure! I was quickly greeted by line service with my rental car, and they even loaded my bags and gave me directions to my hotel. Nice lounge and fresh coffee are also a major plus! 5 STAR SERVICE, THANKS GUYS!

By far the best service I've ever received from any FBO.
