Once again the fine folks at Aurora Aviation exceeded our expectations! Yesterday we arrived early and the Enterprise folks had not yet dropped off the car yet, so they offered a ride to get us on our way, and then today the wireless Internet was not working, so they immediately went to buy a new router to keep the pilots connected and happy...True focus on the customer! Will absolutely come back again. Always there to park us, and stage cars. Couldn't be happier with the service here and fuel price is a bonus.

As a pilot for a company flying both Gulfstreams and Hawkers, we see a range of service from FBO's around the world. This is the first time we flew in to this airport and we had one of the best experiences. We were met by line service that waited outside in the cold rain for us to get everything ready and were persistent to help in anyway. When we walked inside Emily greeted us and gave exceptional service and when no rental cars were available she did everything she could and thought outside the box to make it happen. We had to wait around for the whole day at the FBO cause clients had just a day trip and the facilities including a snooze room and computer room were very comfortable with free wifi access throughout the whole FBO. Throughout the whole day Emily always asked if we need anything from complimentary goodies and coffee to places to go eat food nearby. Usually sitting in an FBO is not something any pilot looks forward to for hours but this was a great FBO!

I was pleasantly surprised to find this level of service at a relatively out-of-the-way airport. The folks at Aurora Aviation were anxious to meet our every need, happy arrange anything from transportation to assistance in locating parts that brought them no income. They have the best fuel prices around to boot...

I've been a customer of A.A. for around 12 years, although visiting infrequently the last four. I've always noted that A.A. stands out amongst other mid size business FBO's, but the professionalism and attention to detail were highly noticeable on my last visit. The staff is very knowledgeable and comfortable supporting a wide variety GA/business aircraft. Handy, efficient, kind, courteous, and professional. I always look forward to stopping through and using their services. I gladly encourage pilots to use A.A.

Last year I reported a fairly poor experience with Aurora Aviation, so I thought it was worth noting that I recently had a very positive experience. When I arrived, they brought out our rental car, delivered it to the airplane, noted that they were under new management and wanted "to do everything we can to make up for your prior bad experience." The manager noted that they're under new management and he had gone to the trouble to research my prior report and -- more importantly -- to make sure my next experience was much better! I'm very happy I went back and will definitely do so again.

Recommend you stop here for gas and great service. Arlee was fantastic...Helped us find good food and provided great customer service. The line guys took care of our airplane and moved it with the tug when we asked them to. I'll be back to use this FBO.

Great FBO at UAO. Great service, easy rental cars, and great fuel prices. The drive into Portland seems no longer from PDX. Lower key all around and flexible instrument approaches makes UAO my favorite place to land when visiting Portland.

We are a crew on an Astra Jet that flies to UAO and uses Aurora Aviation several times a month. Their staff is always very friendly and very helpful. Everyone we work with at Aurora Aviation (Line personnel, Front Desk, Maintenance) is very professional, fast and customer oriented. They take care of all our needs in a quick and expedited manner. The facilities are clean, up to date and orderly. Some of the amenities that stand out are the snooze room with very comfortable leather recliners and a flat panel TV. If you bring your computer, you can use their free WiFi. Another bonus is they offer a rental car service on site for a very reasonable price. Their fuel prices are very competitive and give them another advantage besides the things mentioned above. We highly recommend Aurora Aviation because they consistently provide the same great service a crew can expect from a large FBO. If you fly to UAO, they will ensure you get everything you need.
