Flew in, in a C172 and even though we did not buy gas the staff still happily drove us to Six Flags and picked us back up at the end of the day. What more can you ask for in terms of customer service? Highly recommended!

DB Aviation made our stay in Waukegan a pleasant event. We brought a couple of passengers in to the Cancer Treatment Center on a recent Grace Flight. They took us to the train station and picked us up at the hotel at the conclusion of our stay. A first class operation. Thanks!!

DB is great. I did my first solo flight at KUGN. They gave my instructor the remote so he could watch his basketball game, and when the airport went IFR after my first landing (weather deteriorated fast) they were not at all weary of us staying in the lounge, along with my family who came to watch my first solo. Even though they were not flying in, and we didn't buy any gas, they treated us really nicely. They also have good cookies. It really makes KUGN a nice airport by having DB.

Excellent FBO with good fuel prices! Flew our Mooney in for a daytrip to Six Flags. DB gave us a ride there and picked us up. Then, when a mechanical grounded us for the night, DB recommended a hotel and drove us there. Line guys and front desk ladies are very friendly and helpful. Thank you!

Great FBO with lots of amenities. Flavia coffee machine was a godsend. Control tower was very helpful when my cluelessness revealed itself. Careful on departure -- going south you run right into the Chicago lake shore VFR corridor, can be quite busy.

Stopped in our King Air for a quick turn, picked up over three hundred gallons, was on the ramp only twenty minutes. Nice enough FBO, CSR and line service was top notch. Only negative was price quoted over the phone did not include tax, they added fifty-eight cents per gallon to the quoted price. Must be my fault as much as theirs because I guess I didn't specifically ask if it included all taxes, but still a nice visit, would definitely stop here again if in the area.

Excellent fuel stop. Best price in the Chicago area. Great service. Once I arrived without car reservation and they let me keep the courtesy car overnight for almost 24 hrs for FREE. Cold windy arrival in Chicago, no problem. They will bring your rental car right to the airplane.

Again, another excellent experience from DB. Friendly line and counter crew and the rental car were ready to go. Next day, I drove in where my thermos was filled with good coffee and the plane fueled and ready to go. DB is one of the best FBO's I've ever used. It does not matter if you pull up in a jet, helicopter, or a C172. They treat you good. Thanx all!
