Great service on a trip to go to Penn State graduation. Reserved a Hertz rental car online ahead of time; was waiting for me & FBO had the keys when I arrived. Simply left the keys with the FBO upon departure that evening.

New restaurant at the airline terminal as of Dec 6, 2021. Urbn Flavorhaus is now open from 5 to 5 and offers quality Breakfast and Lunch items (including Vegan) and will soon be offering beer and other alcoholic beverages. Only a 3-minute walk from the FBO. Although masks are still required in the terminal as of Dec. 2021

They no longer have a crew car. The rental company took it away.

Spent three days on way home from OSH. Very nice FBO, and desk gals were quite helpful. Got a Hertz rental, walked about 500 yds to their counter, and left it with FBO when departing. Upon arriving, tried the SS pump, but inop. FBO honored the SS price. $5/nite for ramp. Good experience overall.

Stopped in for a break, no fuel and these guys were great! Gave me a loaner car Togo go grab some breakfast at a place called Ray's about 2 miles away. Next time I'm gonna plan better and make sure to buy fuel! Great place, great people!

Nice facility with friendly helpful folks. No fees. They had a list of hotels with FBO rates that was very helpful. I'll be back.
