Flew in on 5 Oct to drop off a student - flew in with the KEYSTONE FLIGHT of 5 Cessnas... Very nice and modern airport with that "corporate" feel to it. Services were readily available but we did not need anything. Was told there is now a place to eat at the main terminal, but did not try it. Staff were very helpful, just watch out for a lot of planes in the pattern and Bellefonte Airport is only 3nm's to the East; almost the same runway orientations. Nice departure, puts you close to the Penn State Stadium for a good view. Overall nice stop.

My wife and I and 2 other passengers visited UNV in our C-182 from Aug 22 thru Aug 24. We ended up flying the airplane everyday we were there. The staff was always very helpful and accommodating. On the first and last days when we had lots of luggage they ferried us to the airplane with a golf cart and helped us load the airplane. Great service and excellent facilities.

Stopped here for gas and lunch and was very pleased with the professional service. The pilot’s lounge is great and very well appointed. They went the extra mile for my two kids and made the 1.5-hour stay very pleasant. We will be sure to stop in again the next time we are in central PA. I'd recommend this stop if you’re in the area.

The Staff was great during my visit. On my Long Solo XC, this was my turnaround airport and I needed fuel. Unicom directed me to the ramp and a lineman parked me outside the terminal. Asked what I needed, told me where the services were inside, and was very kind. Fuel was a great price compared to the area. Nice airport overall. Will return sometime this fall to see the fall colors and visit PSU.

The staff was EXTRA friendly and very helpful. The sitting area and pilots rooms look to be renovated and are very comfortable. The airport car is also very nice and is also very clean. Great experience can't wait to go back!!!

Very clean facilities. $15 cab ride to campus. Fuel is $4.55 at this time, which is fair for this region. Staff is most helpful.

Nice Airport.. Friendly staff.. There is a landing fee for any type of aircraft. Rotorcraft included, regardless if fuel is purchased. The fees are based on type of aircraft, so if your skids hold up a turbine that will be 20.00. Piston I believe she said 9.00

Nice airport. A call to Unicom received a quick response with winds and such. After landing Unicom requested my intentions and had a line boy direct me to a spot on the ramp for refueling. Very nice terminal and professional staff. Ramp was wide open (not football season). I will return.

Stopped for the night on 31 May - Wednesday night, during the summer. 24 hour full service at an uncontrolled field. Parking very close to the terminal building. Nice facility with great flight planning room and passenger rest area. Stayed at the Days Inn in town - very convenient access to local restaurants. Hotel shuttle was pretty quick and turned out to be a lot easier than a rental car or taxi. Line team was extremely helpful. Glad we stopped to visit.

Very nice staff and facilities. Only one courtesy car though, and if it's out you're stuck with either an expensive taxi ride or a $47 rental car (and the Hertz location here does NOT take any coupons.) Also, the A/FD is really not kidding about the proximity to Bellefonte. On final for 24, you're where the downwind would be at Bellefonte. Finally, when you're on the ILS glide slope you look VERY close to terrain on short final. It's a beautiful flight in, though, and well worth the stop.

If you are flying into happy valley this is the airport you want, very nice easy in and out and I would say the best airport in the state.

Flew into UNV on a Saturday to stay overnight in State College. This is the way an airport should be. Very nice staff and FBO. No hassles. $10/night overnight fee, which is well worth it at this airport.

Very helpful staff and a great place to stop. Went in for a fuel stop and was met by a lineman for taxi. Waited in a very nice GA terminal. Fuel was done quickly and I was back on my way. Highly recommended.
