We arrived on 10/07 in our company King Air. Line service was great, and so was the CSR. There were plenty of crew cars available, albeit they were retired city cruisers, but they got us to the restaurant and back ok. Our planned departure time was 9:30 pm but the FBO closes at 9:00. They didn't have anyone available to stay late for us so we just hung out in the outdoor gazebo until our passengers arrived. The CSR left us with a temporary gate code since they couldn't accommodate us. Overall service was good. The only thing that would have earned them a fifth star is if they had pilot lounge separate from the lobby.

While barnstorming around Texas in two weight shift control trikes, the staff @ KVCT were wonderful, on the phone, with their willingness to assist us with our needs. An in-flight emergency caused us to make a precautionary landing at a different airport. We were unable to make it to KVCT, but I suspect that the service would have matched the friendly greeting we received when talking on the phone. I hope to stop by Victoria Jet Center in the near future.

Enterprise did not have a car ready for me when I arrived. I sent in a reservation on-line the previous day. Lauren, at the FBO, was very nice and offered me the airport car. She also suggested that in the future I call her and she can make sure the car is there. I really like Avis here but they are normally out of cars.

The FBO was very nice and staff was very helpful and friendly. I will definitely be back. This was the first time I'd flown in here in several years, since they'd gotten a traffic controller. Unfortunately, I was much better off without the controller. After being ignored on my radio calls, and then he very rudely answered when he finally did answer, "I was on the phone! Who are you and what do you want?" He was not at all welcoming to the airport and was not doing his primary job, which is to provide assistance to pilots.

These folks are the best! Very friendly and helpful staff. They let me use there colorful T34 courtesy car to visit my customer...They even let me keep it overnight and return it the next morning.

My issue was not with Victoria Regional Airport as they were helpful with my instructor and I as we were on an instrument cross country flight to KVCT specifically to eat at the Sky Grille. Their advertised closing time was 10PM. We arrived at the restaurant at 9PM and the staff was already closing down for the night. Very frustrating and my instructor used language that I cannot repeat here. Very frustrating and I will not return.

Outstanding service. We were able to get fuel after hours by coordinating ahead, and we were met with the lineman well after their hours on a Sunday. No issues at all with getting service providing you arrange it prior. A good flight planning area and excellent restaurant is close by that you can get a crew car for (it's walking distance, but it's too hot to walk on most days). Thank you VCT!
